This jacket was priced at $49 dollars which is perhaps the most affordable you are going to find a winter jacket. It has the profile of a coat and the warmth of a good jacket. For folks who normally prefer insulated vests in the winter, this might be a good option as the arms are not fleece-lined as is the rest of the jacket. It'll keep your core nice and warm without burning up your arms and adding extra bulk. This is helpful for sports activities. I got a blue in large for my husband who is technically a larger medium. He mentioned the shoulders felt a bit narrow. He eventually got used to it. For a sporting jacket, I would expect more inner pockets that zipped, but this only had smaller pockets with closures. I love that it's waterproof, but arm, comfortable and lightweight. The blue is very nice for those wanting a darker color that isn't black. The jacket profile makes my husband look a bit more tailored and fashionable instantly. I think this is a good all polyester jacket for the everyday running around and sporting activity. However, I don't think it's a great "standing. Or sitting around" in the cold coat.

1. Overview and First Impressions I was honestly quite impressed with the quality of this jacket upon first opening it up! It comes in a lovely packing bag for the off-season, and despite being fully polyester, feels almost like it could be stuffed with down on the inside. The outer material also feels durable and strong, and the inner material is insanely soft. TL;DR: Pockets and zippers are where this jacket falls short. 2. Adherence to Advertisement I'll give this a 7/10 for an adherence to the advertisement. There are a few things it mentions about the jacket that I don't think I can support: - "Cotton Filling": It's polyester. This goes for the "fleece" as well, which is Polar Fleece, a polyester-derived fleece. - "Roomy Inner Pocket": My phone did not fit in the pocket, and it honestly has less capacity than most pockets I've felt. This goes for all the pockets, actually. My phone is a fairly average 6.4x3 inches. 3. Product Features and Execution The jacket, overall, is comfortable, well-insulated, and thick. The material is good quality, despite being full polyester, and it's really nice to wear on a cold day. However, the pockets are pretty small. The inner pocket is also not fleece-lined, which creates a strange square of non-lined fabric on the left breast. The closure is with a small strip of Velcro, so if your phone is over 6-inches, it'll have to go on either of the side pockets. The sleeves aren't lined with the same fleece, which is pretty standard for a jacket like this, but something worth noting. As for the zippers, I haven't had any trouble with the hood, nor pocket zippers. However, the main zipper has gotten caught and derailed just twice, but I think it'll keep happening. 4. Pros - Very comfortable and warm, serves its purpose - Durable, but cozy material - Pretty stylish, honestly 5. Cons - Subpar pockets - Zipper can be frustrating at times 6. Final Thoughts and Recommendation For $60, this jacket is reasonable, but if you find the minor issues too large for your liking, looking for another similarly priced jacket wouldn't hurt. It's a good jacket, and on par for what's available.

This is a really nice coat and even nicer that it only costs $50. You can't even find many good coats at Walmart for that cheap. It's nicely made with all premium materials, tightly stitched and designed to fit comfortably. It has a really good, thick fleece lining that keeps you warm and allows for thinner material if you hate bulky coats like I do. It has pockets big enough to fit your phone and other items while keeping them secure within the coat. Waterproofing and a detachable hood make this the ultimate way to stay warm, dry and comfy without all that bulk restricting movement. Is even comfortable when seating in a vehicle and buckled in. I just can't get over they only charge $50 for something this nice.

I ordered this jacket for my wife, and she really likes it. The style is good, though nothing to write home about, but the feel is amazing. The shell is soft, but still keeps the moisture out really well. The inside is plush and super soft, while the fill is puffier than you'd expect, making for a very warm and cozy jacket. The quality is superior, with very clean and sturdy seams and high quality materials.

This is one of my favorite coats yet, soft fury inside, durable yet soft outer, great zipper and hood system plus zipper pockets, this coat is great. I wore it last night when I walked down the road to pick up a pizza in the bitter cold, it was great, never felt the winter as I walked, love this jacket.

I actually like the design of this jacket, but the details expose that it’s actually cheaply made. As soon as it arrived, I tried it on, and after zipping it up, the zipper actually came undone from the bottom up, similar to a train derailing. This is not too surprising as the zipper materials look and feel to be made of a very poor quality. Also, while the hood does detach, it’s a real struggle trying to re-attach it. Also, the velcro flaps that hold the hood together while you’re wearing it, just kind of hang to the sides when not on, which is unattractive. Also, the collar arrived completely crushed, so it just looks sloppy. That said, the material of the jacket is very comfortable, and the inside lining is a very soft and plush. I did think it was odd that the fleece lining doesn’t extend down the arms, but it’s really not needed here in California, so not too much of a concern. However, this is another area where I feel quality was sacrificed for cost, though the retail price ($59.99 at the time of this writing) does not reflect much savings when compared to other similar models.
