Not what was expecting
I was looking for something that had more of a lemongrass scent. I would return it if I could, but there are no returns on this product.

Natural Attractant - Smells Good
This Camas Pollinator Supply Honey Bee Swarm Lure looks to be a quality attractant. It is made in the USA with natural ingredients targeted to attract honey bees, including Lemongrass and Mint. It smells right on track! I am looking forward to using this in the spring to attract some swarms into our hives.

Smells similar to my other lures - did not see a lot of action but bad time of year for that
I ordered this to help bait my bee traps but unfortunately it is late summer and honeybees are not normally looking to swarm so I can't fully test this out. I did spray some on a trap of mine and it is easy to spray a fine mist just like other lures. It is the same size as another name brand lure that cost about $15 more that I know works. This lure does not smell as strong with lemongrass and has a spearmint mint mixed in with it too. When I sprayed it on my trap I did not see a single bee come and visit. Normally I get a few but nothing - again it is not really the ideal time of year. I plan on using this on half my traps next year compared to my other lure and see which ones has a better success rate. I will update the overall rating and the success rate when spring comes next year. Overall, this is a lemongrass based lure that is easy to spray, made in the USA, and is cheaper than you can get it elsewhere. All that is left is how good it is at luring bees - to be continued....

Camas Pollinator Supply Honey Bee Swarm Lure Review.
Pros: Effective Swarm Attraction: The Camas Pollinator Supply Honey Bee Swarm Lure is designed to naturally attract honey bee swarms to your beekeeping setup. Many beekeepers find it to be effective in luring swarms to a new hive or colony. Convenient Size: The 2oz bottle size is practical and provides enough lure for multiple swarm-catching attempts. It's easy to store and use as needed. Natural Ingredients: This swarm lure is made from natural ingredients, which is a positive feature for beekeepers who prefer to avoid synthetic or chemical attractants. Easy Application: Applying the lure is straightforward. Beekeepers can use it with swarm traps, bait hives, or other setups designed to capture swarms. Supports Beekeeping Practices: Attracting swarms naturally can be an essential aspect of sustainable beekeeping, allowing beekeepers to expand their colonies without purchasing bees. Cons: Effectiveness Can Vary: While many beekeepers have success with this swarm lure, it's important to note that its effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as local bee populations, weather conditions, and other environmental variables. Regular Reapplication: Beekeepers may need to reapply the swarm lure periodically to maintain its attractiveness, especially in regions with high competition for swarms. Price Consideration: The cost of purchasing swarm lures can add up over time, particularly for those with multiple hives. Beekeepers should consider this in their budget planning. No Guarantee: It's essential to remember that, like any swarm lure, there's no guarantee of success. Attracting swarms depends on various factors, and beekeepers should have realistic expectations. In summary, the Camas Pollinator Supply Honey Bee Swarm Lure offers an effective and natural solution for beekeepers looking to attract honey bee swarms to their hives. Its convenient size, easy application, and use of natural ingredients make it a practical choice for those practicing sustainable beekeeping. However, its effectiveness can vary, and beekeepers should be prepared for the variability in swarm attraction. This product can be a valuable tool for beekeepers looking to expand their colonies and contribute to pollinator conservation efforts.

Seems to work
The scent is a fairly strong mint with lemongrass somewhere in there. I'm sure the bees will like it. I like that it's very natural -- essential oils and sucrose -- because the bees have had enough chemicals already. Spray bottle works great -- it comes out in a good mist, and the bottle itself stays clean with no drips. The real test will be in the spring when I try to catch a swarm.
