I tried to like this candle but as other said there was no scent and it seemed defective. I contacted chat on 1/25/24 the say day the candle arrived - I chatted with "Sudip", I explained the candle was "used" this was the only way I could I learned it was a defective candle, I sent it back today 1/30/24 and I get an email saying my card will be charged if is not in "new condition", this is not what "Sudip" sain to me, it never was brought up it had to be in new condition for a refund. My second call to chat on 1/29/24 with "Lady Danica", for my refund was NOT PROCESSED, "Lady Danica" informed me I could drop off the candle to UPS to be sent back, i was never told I could be charged for an item I returned. I'm not impressed with Amazon, or the defective candle I returned and Amazon sent an email saying I may have to pay for it. The scent is more floral and fruity than woody and smoky. But when I lit it, I smelled nothing. It’s been burning for over an hour and there’s no smell at all. It’s just not what I paid for, particularly since I have to pay high shipping costs.
