Battery will not take a charge. It has swollen on one side and collapsed on the other side! Should last more than 5 months! I have contacted the company and did not receive a response?

The positive and negitive post are oppisite of what was described and in the picture it was also to small for my four wheeler even though they said it would fit. I sent it back and never recieved a new battery
