This range finder is very easy to use. It is accurate and I had no problem locking onto the flag or the flag pole from 400 yards out. I like the scan feature that lets you find the distances to areas around the green such as trees, ponds, fencing, etc. The finder fits nicely in my average size hands and is easy to hold steady when using the strap. I also like the external display screen that shows you the range to target in large LCD display. You will not find a nicer, better and more accurate laser range finder for the money. I have tried other cheaper models made by other companies and they just don't really work. Having a built in strong magnet is a nice feature to have when riding in a cart. Just hold it against the roof supports and it will stay put even going over rough courses. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a very good range finder, look no further. The price is good and the product is excellent.

I had been dragging my feet for years on getting a rangefinder. I had hoped to find one for under $200, but wasn't comfortable with the reviews and specs on the <200 models. I ended up trusting the Callaway brand and pulled the trigger with this model (purchased for $199). Pros: Really, I could not be more pleased with the rangefinder. The EZ button is really helpful for shaky hands like mine as it takes a few seconds to lock on the flag for you. The horizontal orientation is comfortable and easy to use, I haven't noticed a difference compared to friends' I've used that were vertical. The magnet is nice for quick storage, but I don't trust it to hold in between holes. The outer display screen is great too because I always forget what I've just seen inside the scope. Cons: The slope is usually helpful, but not always. Definitely use your eye to balance out what the slope is telling you. You can easily turn off the slope and just get pin readings which might be helpful for you. Also, I've had occasional trouble getting reads on flags more than ~220yds out. Overall, I would highly recommend this to friends and amateur golfers everywhere.

This is my first rangefinder I’ve ever bought or used. Very impressed with the simplistic of this rangefinder. The EZ scan button is such a nice feature. Press it once and it’ll do a 3 second scan and all you do is move the aiming square back and forth across the flag pin and boom, there’s your distance. Its to EZ! 🤪 The support strap on the side is nice as well. Last thing you want to do is drop it and break it. The magnet built in is awesome! Very strong magnet and mounts firmly. Also, the case that it comes in is fantastic. Callaway logo on the outside, zips up, and has a D clip keychain on the outside to connect to your golf bag. And lastly, the LCD display on the outside is a nice touch as well. Callaway did an outstanding job with the durability of this product. It doesn’t seem cheaply made. Overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend this to anyone out there looking for a nice quality rangefinder that’s easy to use.

I bought my rangefinder less than 2 years ago and used it about a dozen times. Worked "as advertised" until the display stopped working. It took a while to find the right number for customer support but when I reached the right person they replaced it without hesitation.

Accurate distance is obviously one of the most, in not THE most important features; however, the strong magnet is important because it doesn't fall off the cart if you happen to hit a bump. The internal and external display is nice but really unnecessary. If you are used to using other models vertically, it takes a few rounds to get used to using this model horizontally. The battery lasts a good amount of time, and I prefer the physical battery to a rechargeable. I recommend buying an extra battery and keeping it in your bag. Last, the case is good, but it's the same design as previous generations, so my guess is that over time it will fail, so I use the "belt loop" on the case with a climbing hook, so it won't ever fall off. Overall I am pleased with the product.

Does the range finder work? yes. However, the look and feel of the range finder are about as cheap as you can get. Which for the money, I atleast expected a decent range finder. I have a small brown blurb in the top left corner of my screen. While it doesn't impact my ability to shoot a flag, it is a big time annoyance. The lens inside has a black ring around the outside, looks like the finish work was done by someone who was intoxicated. The design is unique - how you actually shoot the flag but it's awkward and the hand strap keeps falling off. Like I said, spend a few extra dollars and get a significantly better range finder. Or spend less and get a better one from Costco.

Sometimes hard to get a good reading on it. Sometimes very accurate, sometimes way off. Ergonomically, it’s easy to grip and more importantly it’s easy to read the numbers, I like the external display feature. Nice case. I think, I hope, I just have to develop a better user technique. Not idiot proof.
