    • Satisfying cup, but very fragile.
The cups can hold their cool temperatures well for soda and water. Ice won't melt for a while; over a 13 hour work day, I will only need to replace the ice once. I like their form factor, and the complementary straws with the knuckle at the bottom which holds it in place in the lid was very nice and redeemed its less-than ideal/reliable screwing motion on the lid. However, it is incredibly fragile. I'm unsure if this is the only kind of plastic that can be used for this kind of application; perhaps it needs to be BPA free, or maybe to get it so clear, it has to be this specific kind of plastic. Any kind of drop, seemingly from any height higher than 2 feet over any rigid floor (concrete, tile, asphalt, etc) will crack it. Both of my cups that I've cracked so far are still functional and don't leak, but are still visually unappealing and uncomfortable to hold. I wanted these because my restaurant allows for free unlimited drinks to employees on-shift, but are prohibited from using any cups with their branding on it (even if you bought it at full-price). They supply tiny 8-ounce foam cups to those who don't bring their own. This was the only plastic cup that had the form factor that I wanted. Two cups came cracked. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I used them just like they are but I used these to fill with glitter and water between the two walls and they didn’t hold the water because of the cracks.

this tumbler would hold ice for about 4.5 hours. kept drink cool for about 1.5 hours after ice melt. i should note the tumbler was full of ice cubes. so for now i will stick with my stainless steel insulated tumbler, that holds ice for 24 hours.

First half dozen I bought, no issues. So I went & spent another $100 on a dozen. All the lids are cracked. I can't do anything with these. Very disappointed I was a repeat buyer & was going to get another dozen.. but not after this last order. Stuck with a dozen tumblers with cracked lids.     • The seal leaks and sate not great for art projects
These cups sweat and the seal was broken. This made it impossible to use them for our glitter cups we do. All the glycerine mixture leaks out.
