Seems to be a quality mattress! Comfortable, well made, thick, heavy, and affordable! It came well packaged, and was a bit tricky to get open and on the bed but when you order a boxed mattress that's what you get! My teenage daughter and I were able to get it to the bedroom, unpackaged and on the bed in about 15mins (it was also fun for us!) The included razor was very helpful in unpacking! Wish i had noticed it a bit sooner however. Love how thick the mattress is, giving height to the low standing bed we have. The edges of the mattress are reinforced, which is nice and comfortable when you sit on the edge (your not awkwardly rolling off). I am VERY pleased with this purchase, and when is time to replace my mattress, Ill be getting this 1!

OK. I was NOT expecting to like this matress as much as I did. I had to have a matress in a box as our king bed was upstairs in our new home and getting a cali king matress up the narrow stairs in our new house was not happening. So our older but very expensive matress had to go. It had served well for many years and needed changing anyway. But I was very sceptical of a bed in a box matress. After reading other reviews and such, we just went for it. I did not buy the much more expensive variety as I figured there's no way I will iike one anyway. Folks, this is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Its semi firm, which my old back needs. The sides hold up when I am getting in and out of bed. And I sleep very well. Side sleeper here, and it is as comfortable (maybe more) thank our old matress. 100% recommend.

Very impressive how the mattress was designed. I ordered 16” but it is actually 14” true measure. I ordered this for our guest room so it is not made up yet. We laid on the mattress after 4 days and it is comfortable! No weird smells. Quality is impressive.

5 stars all day long! Wasn’t really sure what to expect from a mattress in a box, but y’all! Haven’t slept this great in years! The mattress came rolled and compressed in a box, wrapped and protected nicely, easy to open and “inflate”. Once it was opened, they advise 24-72 hours for it to take shape, but we let it sit while we put the new bed together and it was ready to go once we were finished (abt 2.5 hours) - super easy set up! No weird smells - no smells at all actually, and we got the 16” so I can only speak on how comfortable that one is - nothing short of amazing! Woke up this morning and my 42 year old back feels 25 again LOL - no pain!!! We got the grey one - looks great! The mattress is a littl bouncy, but when sleeping, couldn’t feel my husband moving around. Unforunately I didn’t get a picture of it before my husband was putting the bedding on. All in all, 10/10, definitely recommend! (Even got the mattress a day earlier than expected - bonus!)

I have had this mattress for a little over a year. After about six months, it started to break down and is now very uncomfortable to sleep on. When I can fall asleep on it, I wake up several times throughout the night in pain. However, I usually can't get comfortable enough to fall asleep on it, so most nights I give up and end up sleeping on the couch. If you plan to get a bed for a guest room that will only be used occasionally, this one will probably work for you, but if you plan to sleep on it every night, I wouldn't waste your money unless you want to buy a new mattress every year.
