I would return it if these were not so difficult to stuff back in a box. Took off cover to wash and the lumps that I was expecting to smooth out with time are permanent! (See picture) The bamboo cover was nice but that is not what I purchased the mattress topper for. Very unhappy customer!

The media could not be loaded. The mattress topper look nice but only that the size is off for my california king mattress, see video for clarification, also the inches is not accurate, from the picture it's 2.5 not 3 inches upon its been out of the box for more than 6 days. I will manage it that way because i dont have the strength for return. For comfort level, I will update once I use it.

Our memory foam mattress is not our favorite. It often remembers too vividly how you sat on the edge of the bed before crawling in. Then when you lay down it feels as if you are sliding out onto the floor. But this added some extra height and sturdiness to our mattress. What I didn't expect is the added comfort. My wife hasn't slept this well in months. She loves it. It seems solid and durable. We do have ONE complaint - the elastic corners do NOT seem to keep it in place well enough, the top corners keep popping off and every night or two we have to replace them around the corners. Wish it had a better way of staying in place for a longer period of time. Looking for a remedy ourselves, because we truly DO like this mattress pad.

We ordered this for our guest room bed that is very firm and needed a topper. This arrived promptly and I was pleasantly surprised that this did not have a strong odor out of the bag. Other ones I have bought, I have had to air out for a few days before using it. It comes with straps on all 4 corners that are adjustable to help keep it in place on the bed and it fits the bed perfectly. I'd recommend setting the straps on the looser side, otherwise they pull the pad down tight and make for mis-shaped corners. And we took a test run on it for a night and it has made a huge difference in comfort. Very happy with this topper.

This is by far the best mattress topper hands down! I use this on my bed and I love it! This is the perfect thickness for my bed and my back! I hope you try this out! I would also recommend you get bamboo sheets to go with it!

In a big rectangular square box. Vacuum sealed very nicely. Had a couple of these for different size beds always recommend that you open it in the morning. Leave the house all day. Don’t use it until you come back. Let it fully absorb the air inflate all day while you’re gone.. Give it two days before you use it sometimes. Just a best bet. I will say I am really impressed with this one. It is actually very comfortable. It felt very firm at first. However, it’s comfortable. It’s soft enough but firm at the same time.. Like it’s gonna hold me all night, comfortable and soft enough that I’m Go to sleep well. I think this is a pretty good value. It arrived quickly. It was well packaged well handled it doesn’t smell weird. I love that it’s got the straps on the bottom one of my favorite things
