The media could not be loaded. I have the 10 inch. At first, it was very heavy to get out the box. Also the plastic wrapping gave me a tussle. But once it’s unwrapped it inflates (so I see why it was wrapped so tightly) very comfortable. And aside from getting it out of the box and unwrapping I still give it a 10/10

Extremely comfortable. Great quality & looks amazing. Super light weight. Weird to say but very cool opening it. I love how getting on it doesn’t disturb my wife or newborn. Great purchase. I do want to say if you buy this & are looking for a box spring, DO NOT buy the 2 piece twin xl they tell you to buy. Buy the one piece California king box spring.
