I am a true sheet snob. I hate waking up hot from scratchy sheets. All of my sheets are good thread count, 100% cotton and comfortable year round by years of washing and use. When one of my favorite sets got a long rip in the bottom sheet, I dreaded ordering another scratchy new sheet to break in. I was very happy to see Amazon sells a bottom sheet only in 100% cotton and 600 thread count. Believe me, I read the reviews. Prior to using it, I washed the white sheet in baking soda and vinegar as that supposedly softens sheets and removes sizing. I had used this method before on new sheets sets, and felt it really helped. (I also read that white sheets are more comfortable as there is no dye, but I have no idea if that is true. I really am a sheet snob.) I am happy to report after sleeping on this sheet for a week that it was very comfortable and not scratchy or hot at all. I have a 2" mattress topper on our pillow top mattress and the sheet fit fine. If necessary, I will definitely order this bottom sheet again.

I appreciated that this is only a fitted sheet, not a set - I don't use a flat sheet and have way too many pillowcases from past sets. The packaging was really nice - a light green recyclable box (made of recycled paper) just enough packaging for the sheet, which was folded and wrapped in tissue paper. It felt thoughtful and elegant. I washed and dried the sheet, and had no trouble putting it on our mattress. These sheets feel crisp, smooth, and clean. They are not rough-feeling at all. Knowing it is 100% cotton, with the Oeko Tex certification makes me feel even better about this purchase. I purchased bright white, but next time will probably get an off-white, as I didn't realize my other bedding was off-white until I compared the color. The sheet is under a duvet, so no one else can see it anyway. This is an Amazon win! Planning to order more in other sizes for the rest of my family.

At the price point I wasn't thinking I'd get an amazing sheet. A functional one. I needed it. But honestly it feels really really nice. It legitimately is the coolest airiest fitted sheet I have and I put it on during warmer weeks and it makes a huge difference. When I washed it the first time I didn't notice any shrinkage. I love that it has top bottom and sides tags. After about 6 months of owning this and washing it many times I have nothing negative to say about this sheet.

I've purchased 5 fitted sheets. 1 ripped the first time out of the dryer. 2 have lasted 1 1/2 years until they come out of the dryer shredded with a gapping hole. I'm very disappointed. The flat sheets don't seem to have the same issue. None of those have ripped.

These are quality sheets. I'm not a fan of microfiber and these are hotel quality, sateen, cotton sheets. I have 2 sets of these sheets. The fitted sheet does wear out before the top sheet or pillow cases, so I just ordered the fitted sheet to replace the worn one.
