Pretty good mirror, does the trick for my wife. It will eventually fall and break, very cheap/light plastic components but that's why the suction works well (for a while). We've gone through 3 mirrors in a couple of years.

I put this mirror on my bathroom mirror around the 1st of February. Last night it fell off the mirror into the sink. While the mirror itself didn't break, the suction base is what broke. The black plastic holding the suction ring on came out in pieces. Needless to say, its past the 30 days for return so now I'm stuck with this useless mirror. Good thing I never adjusted it more than once when installing it!! ... show more

I secured the mirror to a flat wall tile. Unfortunately, it fell off the wall and the power button broke so I never got to use that feature. I got a deal on it so I decided not to send it back

I saw this on television for way more than it was selling on Amazon! It's the same exact product! It works really well and is true to the description. It comes with a battery that soon will die, so have some batteries on hand. Otherwise, it's great for putting on mascara and seeing facial imperfections that you may not want to be so familiar with!     • Starts out good, but soon dies
I was basically happy with this item and so were my models in the studio but, it was soon evident that it had shortcomings. Although properly placed on a clean mirror, over night it lost suction and fell onto the counter. It lasted maybe two days the second time, this time falling from the mirror and counter, breaking in the floor. The suction is questionable and the construction is of cheap[, brittle plastic. If you buy it plan on taking in down off the mirror after every use to prevent it from becoming land fill after it falls and shatters. ... show more

    • Seems like such a smart idea/product in theory, but in reality..not so much.
I bought this mirror as an alternative to a standing mirror. I live in a compact city apartment and my bathroom has literally no counter space. In theory, this is a great alternative to a standing mirror. IN THEORY. In practice, it was quite the opposite. Problem 1: The suction was awful. I couldn't get the suction cup to stay in place, no matter how I tried (cleaned surface, extra wet, not so wet, completely dry...you name it). Finally, I did manage to get the cup to stick on the mirror. Problem 2: The weight of the mirror is so heavy, it actually won't stand upright properly, while suctioned to the mirror. I tried bending the metal "flexible stand" (which isn't so flexible) in every direction to keep the mirror upright. If you are planning to suction this mirror and have it flexed out towards you, that won't work. It's simply too heavy. The only way I could position the mirror so it wouldn't flip or slide down was to wedge it up and against a wall. It's hard to explain but was definitely jerry-rigged. Problem 3: The construction is not very sturdy. I quickly noticed that the button and the mirror housing was made of flimsy cheap plastic. So cheap that the mirror would wiggle around inside the casing. But, I thought to myself, I want this to work. I'll make this work, especially since I finally had the suction cup stuck and the mirror wedged into a position that sort of worked for me. I figured it will be ok and then... Problem 4: One night I arose to such a clatter, I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter...well, it wasn't Santa Claus - it was my mirror. Yes, the suction failed and my mirror fell into the sink and smashed. Ironically, the fall did not break the mirror, only the entire casing, connection bracket, and the suction cup. Since I had already thrown out the packaging and it's been more than 30 days, I'm out of luck. I would not recommend this product. If you're looking for a flexible and high magnification mirror - keep searching. This isn't the one. I wanted this to work because it seemed perfect. But, alas, it was just a waste of money, time, and effort. ... show more

At home I have a mirror attached to the wall. Its always frustrating when using a travel mirror and not being able to get close to it with both hands free. This one is great. I can attach it to a hotel mirror at eye height or in the camper. Easy to attach. Easy to remove and folds flat to fit in my suitcase. I am very pleased with it. ... show more

Been looking for a mirror that I would not need to be mounted on the wall. This is it! The suction is heavy duty (left the mirror overnight on my vanity mirror and it did not slide an inch, and it stays on my vanity counter where I suction it to the counter and it stays put). Great angling ability so that I can adjust it as needed. The battery gives power to the light and that is great to have to really see up close. I'm glad I have this mirror. ... show more
