Cheap cases usually provide adequate protection for normal people. I've been called many things. Bull in a china shop, all thumbs, a walking train wreck, but never normal. For instance, I dropped my phone today. It landed on the edge of the hinge, closed. From eye level, on tile. Just about the worst thing i could have done to it. I bent over and picked it up, expecting the worst, and found it completely unscathed. The case too, was completely free from damage. This case does it all: protection, even from an oaf like me, good, if simple looks, grippy, not at all bulky, magsafe, easy installation, and didn't fly apart at a pretty hard impact. Yet, somehow it's easy to remove when you need to. TLDR: this isn't one of those things that's great for the price. It's great. I recently purchased a Galaxy Z Flip6 smart phone. I was a little hesitant to get a phone that folded. I wasn't too sure how sturdy the hinge would be. So I ordered a phone case on Saturday and received it on Monday. It was incredibly fast. Let me tell you about the product. It exceeded all my expectations! It was made of a soft rubber like material and it was also hinged. I put it on my phone and it fit like a glove! The hinge on the case made the phone hinge feel 10 times more sturdy . It gives it an incredible amount of added support. Also it felt great in my hand and I knew it wouldn't slip out of my hand. It only cost $12 plus tax. T-mobile was asking $40 dollars for their case. The T-mobile case came in two pieces with no hinge. It was made of a hard plastic kind of like how a plastic spoon feels. It felt like it would just shatter if you dropped it. Unbelievably cheap garbage. It also looks good too. I got black, but it comes in other colors. I highly recommend this case if you buy a new flip phone. You will not be disappointed! ... show more

I bought this my other cover made this phone bulky. I like the feel of the case and phone. It doesn't slip in my hand and its easy to get into a pocket. I've heard the flip phone is fragile so I believe this case will protect for normal use. Still, it's important to know the spine part of the case is like a sleeve that slides into the case when the phone is open. The "shield" when closed, leaves bare both edges of the phone's "spine". (I feel this is where (if dropped) it will hit). If you are generally good with your phone. This case will work nicely. It has a nice feel, offers decent protection, and keeps the chunky-ness of the phone down. The color is a nice soft lilac and it resists scuffs and scratches. ... show more

This is the 4th case I've gotten from amazon and the 1st one to keep. I got the blue color and it's so cute, like a mix between pastel blue and and ash blue. It's also the perfect protective case without it being bulky, which allows for the phone to keep it's original slim and compact form. It also give me space to actually use my fingerprint (YES!!!), the past cases practually had walls around the power botten I couldn't even press it. But this case allows for the actual use of your power button and te fingerprint scanner. 3rd: the hinge protector is GREAT, I love it because it's not as thin or even soft as it appears which makes your phone look classy. It's thin so it can contract and open when you use your phone, but it's also durable and has a hardness to it. And Finally: the case itself is seemless against the main screen - which doesn't interfer with how you type or doesn'truin the flow of your phone. The color is nowhere near the one in the pictures, it's closer to gray than it is to samsungs green. Additionally, when opening the phone, the plastic that connects both parts of the case gets stuck. It is sturdy tho, so kudos for that.

Case looks and feels good, seems like it would protect from basic tumbles. The only issue is that the alignment and fit is not exact. There's extra cut outs and gives me the impression that it was for the newer flip 6 and not the flip 5 it was advertised for.

I got a new phon earlier this month and since then have been looking for the best type of case for the Samsung Z Flip 6. This case has been the best one so far. The case comes with an outer tempered glass screen protector for the outer screen, and the phone case covers the rest of the front securely. The hinge protection of this case is not only a nice protection feature, but it helps protect a little bit more from dust and helps the case feel even more secure. Probably my favorite feature of this case though is that at the middle of the phone case where the phone folds, the outer gray part of the case connects the two halves of the case together as one piece. This is a big help in keeping the bottom half of the case secure on the phone. It won't wiggle or slide off as I've seen with some other cases. Plus, with the retractable hinge cover, there's no bulky piece on the back of the phone, so your phone can lay flat in a surface when open. Great case, great value, I'm sure I'll be buying more in various colors. ... show more
