I love this guitar case. Good quality material and the protective liner inside is dense so I am confident that my guitar is protected against unexpected dings. I also like the storage area on the front. Perfect for storing song sheets and other items as well. It also has a small storage space at the top of the neck which is ideal for storing your pics and perhaps a slender capo. I don't use it though because it is pretty tight and goes down pretty deep, so, I don't want to find myself trying to dig that stuff out. The other storage space works just fine for these items. I keep my picks in a little baggie along with my capo and tuner so I can just pull it from the bottom. But nice to have both options. I recently got a great deal on a Yamaha APX600 off of craigslist. I wanted a gig bag to store the guitar and for light transport but the name brands are priced about the same as I paid for the guitar! This bag is perfect for my needs and was on sale on Amazon. The bag appears well made, zippers are good and there is decent padding for your instrument. The fit is decent for my smaller concert APX guitar. I don't think a larger dread would fit in this case. The padding is light so this is not the right bag for a life on the road, but for a simple road trip or transport to practice it's fine. There are a lot of handles and backpack straps. Obviously, if I had a more expensive instrument I would buy a better bag of hard case, but for this guitar the bag is perfect. Great little bag at a good price for light padding! We will see how well it wears but so far it's good for my needs. ... show more

I bought this for a bass guitar that didn't seem to fit properly in any of the other cases I purchased. This one offers ample space, cushioned support and it has an extra large pocket that holds all of my books and accessories. It also offers the backpack carrying option which is a major plus when your carrying around sound equipment. This was a great purchase for the reasonable price. I was looking for an inexpensive case or gig bag for a tele style guitar and I decided to try this CAHAYA Gig Bag. The bag was okay, seemed pretty well built. The outer shell seemed durable, the zippers worked very well, and the front pocket was actually pretty nice, not bulky like some other bags I've seen. The photos of this gig bag in the description make it appear to be more rigid than it actually is. The bag had no rigidity to it at all especially in the neck and headstock area but was a little better in the body area. The tele did fit pretty well with only a little room to spare and was secured nicely by the built in velcro type strap around the neck. The description states it has 6mm of padding and I thought that would be enough but unfortunately it wasn't quite enough for me. If it had 20mm of padding I probably would have kept it. I could see why some people would really like this bag and why it has the high reviewer ratings but it just wasn't what I was looking for so I returned it. ... show more
