Description

We will include five CaddyTrek accessories as gifts for free: CaddyTrek Umbrella Holder, CaddyTrek Cupholder, CaddyTrek Scorecard Holder, CaddyTrek Golf Cart Phone Holder, and CaddyBelt. This offer includes an extended limited 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The CaddyTrek is an electric golf push cart that carries your bag so you don’t have to. The CaddyTrek allows golfers to walk hands-free, allowing players to enjoy the game of golf without the burden of carrying a bag. Less fatigue means better levels of concentration and control when driving to the tee or playing the short game. Studies show that walking improves stamina and core strength, and is beneficial to overall fitness in burning calories and building muscle tone. For players who hesitate in walking their round, the CaddyTrek provides a solution to the challenge of managing your gear. Now you can just focus on the game! The Original comes in black or candy apple red with red plastics. Go hands free with the CaddyTrek, the electric golf push cart that tracks in front or behind the player. Using a combination of Ultrasound and RF signal technology, the CaddyTrek calculates speed, distance and angle to the player. Golfers simply walk their game as the unit tracks the player’s movement. The CaddyTrek provides two different tracking modes—Follow and Marching. The tracking technology is virtually the same, the only difference being the orientation of the player to the CaddyTrek. Stand in front of the unit and clip the handset to your back waistband and engage Follow Mode OR clip the handset to the front of your waistband and stand behind the unit to use Marching. Use it as a remote control caddy for additional speed and hill climbing ability, switch the CaddyTrek into Remote Mode and send it 100 feet to the next tee box.

  • Follow Mode Won't Stay Engaged,
Color: Black
This Caddy Trek is nice. I haven't had a chance to use it on the golf course yet but using it in my yard the RC works great, but the follow mode will not stay engaged. Every time it connects in follow mode it immediately switches back to standby. So until this gets fixed it's three stars Update: Okay I'm updating to five stars, thanks to MaxStrata LLC and Ramos over at Caddy Trek (they both got back to me within an hour of posting my question) we worked out the problem which was really no problem just my stupidity I guess. It turned out I didn't have the Caddy belt plugged in all the was which caused it to not stay in Follow Mode. Once that was worked out everything was working just fine. I did play a round of golf and the follow mode and the RC worked great, however, the Caddy Trek gets hung up on loose gravel cart paths but on the fairway's it works great no problems. So yes, I do recommend this product. Another Update: I have this item just over a year (past warrenty) and I played many rounds of golf in 2021 with it. A couple things happened last year, one , the sealed bearing in the front castor wheel seized causing the bolt holding it in to back out which in turn the wheel rubbed down the inside of the fork making it unusable. I sent pictures of the problem to the support team at Caddytrek and the quickly sent me a new wheel and fork. In case the bearings seized again I looked up the serial number and found it online and bought ten of them. They are very easy to replace and the sealed bearing were inexpensive. The other problem happen on the course. The battery completely died. I called the support team again and they were very helpful. They told me to send the whole unit back to Vegas, (FYI: SAVE THE SHIPPING BOX). It turns out it was a defective battery. I had the unit back within a week. Very Good. Now its 2022 started playing in early April. Everything was fine until the follow mode stopped working. It would follow for 10 to 20 feet then stop and it would not reconnect to the unit. The remote setting worked fine but no matter what I did the follow mode would work for a short distance stop and not reconnect. Again called support very helpful sent the unit back to Vegas and was told they could not replicate the problem. Okay, maybe it was me. Got the unit back and nope I have the same problem , follow mode does not work. Bought a new remote thinking that would work. Nope. I bought this specifically for the follow mode. I really liked this product and the support team is fantastic but it's not performing as advertised so I'm gonna have to down grade to 3 stars. I should add that I just purchased the Stewart Q-Follow and I am having issues with that trolley. I wrote a review on there web site and apparently they only post 5 star ratings ... show more

  • GOOD CADDY
Color: Black
I would recommend this caddy. The remote control is excellent and the cart stays on line and doesn't need to be corrected constantly. The caddy is a little awkward to fold but does fold up into a very nice compact unit. The battery is lite and easy to install and remove. There is plenty of power and endurance from the batteries and motors. The remote control is easy to use once you learn how to switch from remote control to follow mode or freewheel mode. Now the big question. How well does the follow mode work? If you play a course that is flat or has smallish hills and paved cart paths the follow mode will work great even when walking at a fairly brisk speed. If you play a course that has steeper hills the follow mode works well going directly up or down ....but not across a side hill. This is particularly true on wet grass. Even on a slight sidehill with wet grass one wheel can spin and slip causing the cart to loose connection with the remote you have on your back attached to you belt. On bumpy gravel paths and sudden small slopes like at the edge of a path it is necessary to walk slower or very slow to avoid losing connection. All that being said, the follow mode is really pretty good as long as you keep glancing at and listening to the cart to make sure its there. The march mode, where the cart stays in front of you is worthless... too much trouble to guide. I use the follow mode most of the time but sometimes I use the remote control mode on sidehills or when I want to move the cart around without having to lead it. One suggestion I would make for the company is to have a transponder that can be left on you back belt, activated by the regular hand remote control unit. This way the golfer wouldn't constantly have to remove and replace the remote on the back belt when changing modes. All said... I would highly recommend this caddy especially because the other few on the market that offer the follow capability are a thousand dollars more. ... show more

  • Very pleased with this cart!
Color: Red
This cart works very well as advertised! It’s very quite wish makes me look back to see if it’s following me! It doesn’t like tall grass or rough ground. It’s pretty heavy and the front wheels don’t fold up very well for storage and transport. You have to learn how and where to walk with it! But overall I’m very pleased with it! ... show more
