The fabric is light and easy to clean, not like the fake wool you see in pet stores that mats. Great color options to choose from to suit your home. Our cats started cuddling and playing with it before we could even finished building it! Very spacious and great accessories to suit all cats needs. This tree is PAWSOME.......I have 5 cats and they all fit. 2 are over 15lbs and still fit with plenty of room. It's also very sturdy and well made.

I've had a couple of other cat trees for my cats and so far this one is my (and my cat's) favorite. It's a sturdier design than most so it's less wobbly when the cat is playing and moving around. Additionally, the 3 supports for the top cat perch is much more stable than most with 1 support in the middle. My ONLY complaint, and the reason for 4 stars is that I would prefer if more of the posts were wrapped in twine for scratching. My cat likes to hang over the side of the top shelf and scratch on the posts. He wasted no time shredding the material on 2 of the top 3 posts so I had to invest in some additional 5mm twine to wrap them myself. Even with that, I'd still buy it again. ... show more

Extremely easy to put together! The fabric is so soft, too. Both of my cats absolutely love this cat tree! They’re 9 (DSH) and 6 (Siberian Forest Cat Mix) years old. It’s easy for them to navigate. The older has claimed the hammock as his bed, while the younger one sleeps in the top. The cat tree is sturdy! The younger cat is 14 lbs and jumps quickly up the tree with minimal swaying from the stand. ... show more

The tree seems sturdy enough. Easy to put together. The faux fur fabric is very thin and a bit slippery. Fine for my senior cat who moves slowly and isn’t rambunctious. A young cat would likely have this torn up in short order. It’s okay.

Excellent Cat Tree! Could not have asked for anything better (especially for the price!). My two Bombay kittens truly love it ... and so do I! All the "Gen X" or new trees look very nice (and can cost thousands!) but I know cats! Those "look chic" trees are just that - to look "good/rich"... Not made for real Cats! This one with it's nooks & crannies, privacy apts. (2!), soft & comfy material, swing toys & safe, stable look-outs is PERFECT! It will Not Fall Over ...
