My almost 2 year old cat loves this tree. It is sturdy, apparently fun for the cat to play on, compact so that it fits well in a corner although mine is not in a corner. My cat sleeps at the top, naps in the cubby holes, she plays with the dangling toys and really likes to play around the tree. My only concern is that the tree comes with a strap to attach to the wall to make sturdier. In my case, the strap is not in a place where I can attach it to the wall, since I have not placed this tree in a corner. I have been thinking of using some other bracket or metal strap to attach to the wall. Although sturdy, it does wobble when my cat jumps up to the very top. It was also relatively easy to assemble. The media could not be loaded. Been looking for a cat tree that my large fur babies can fit on. They haven't been able to use cat trees since they were about 3 years old. They are 12 now, and roughly the size of small to medium sized dogs. People always ask me why they're so big and how i got them to grow so big lol. So I've been trying to figure out for years how to have a tree big enough for them to fit on, because they loved being on cat trees when they were young. I figured I would have to either get a bunch of different ones and Frankenstein them together, or learn carpentry and woodworking and make one myself lol. As it turns out, i found 3 cat trees that were touted as being a good size for larger cats, but i wasn't sure how accurate those reviews and images were. So i bought all 3 that i saw and decided i could Frankenstein them as needed to make it work for my babies. Turns out they could fit in all three, and this tree is their favorite, because it is the highest vantage point out of the three of them. We've only had it for about 3 weeks, so they're still getting used to it, but they love laying and sleeping on the top perch. everything was easy to assemble, and because most cat trees have the same types of pieces, I was able to switch some of them to meet my needs for the cats. I haven't needed to clean it yet, but hopefully it will be as easy as stated in the description. I love darker colors, and it stands out against the white of our apartment walls perfectly. Cheesy Cat loves it- we had to move and couldn't take his other cat tree. His favorite part was the condo so we got hik this one with two. He was too fat for the top of the other tree (one support pole) but he enjoys looking over the household on this one. It is a good height. My cat likes it and likes the hanging toys. Didn’t really need two cat huts though. My only dislike is the material on the boards. It is a little on the flimsy cheap side. Nice is top was a little padded other than edges. Also basket is too small for my cat.

It goes together well. It's cute, my kitties have gone on it, but to be honest, they prefer another one in my office better. The reason isn't hard to figure out. It's as hard as a rock. There is zero padding. I mean nothing. Just a very thin, cheap carpet material. So if a kitty likes lying on hard wood, they might like it. Mine seem to prefer something softer. We'll try to make due and see if we can't find a soft blanket for the top of it and some of the other places they might lie. ... show more
