Since there wasn't an instruction paper and the original was missing I installed it backwards. Oops. At speed it rubbed on the ground. When I looked at another C5 I instantly realized my mistake. Works perfectly. If you have a lowered car like I do it will rub when you slam on the brakes or when the road is domed. Or when you pull into some drive aprons. It will wear down fine. Was a really good price delivered. Will buy another one some day as it really keeps the engine cooler at racing speeds. ... show more

Shipping/packaging needs a ton of help but it IS the right part. But the mounting tabs at the end WILL be bent up when you get it. Bend the outward slightly, or more, and it goes right on. Looks identical to OE
