Please don't waste your money. I purchased this item hoping I could play my Google app games, use my banking apps, manage my Dexcom G7, etc. and not drain the battery on my "real phone/connected to cell service phone." This phone does not support my banking app; it wouldn't even download. It does not support the Dexcom G7 app either. I downloaded my favorite game (Cooking Diary) but I couldn't even get through a level. The app crashed every 3-4 minutes. It won't stay connected to Wi-Fi either. I've got my Motorola phone sitting right next to this one and both are using Wi-Fi only. The Motorola stays connected, but this one does not. It keeps losing its signal. It's extremely annoying. Also, I didn't realize until I received this item that there is no fingerprint reader. So, the phone looks pretty, and some things work, but most apps that I've tried just repeatedly crash. Because of this and the fact that I can't even use my banking app, I am returning this phone. I really wanted to keep it as a backup phone, but it just doesn't make sense since I can't really use it with the apps crashing every few minutes. ... show more

We have not starting using it but it’s for my mother to replace her old phone. It’s difficult to get a phone case to fit the phone but it came with a transparent one and a face screen

This device is NOT compatible with the major carriers as described in the in the sales ad. While there is some compatibility it lacks the ability to effectively integrate on the major carriers. Phone will activate but does not have the ability to move from tower to tower to keep a constant connection. Only option I had was to use WiFi calling. This is not a sold choice. ... show more
