I have a split disc, two ruptured disc, two worn out disc, in my lower back, And a curve in my spine, I ordered a belt more for my stomach measurements than for my waist measurements. Because waist measurements with these type of products generally do not work Other than pictures their really wasn't much in directions of adjustments or proper placement of the lower back brace. Breath ability was very little if you do any type of labor using this product expect the area you are wearing it on to get very warm to hot. I do like the strap system and were they are placed to maintain tension but over time you will need to loosen and refasten them to maintain tension. I ordered this for a family member who struggles with lower back pain and sciatica and thought it might provide some relief. The back brace is made of a breathable material and is easy to wear.
