I bought this waist trainer to replace my old one with Velcro and it WORKS better! I use this anytime I am working out from cardio to weights. It has made me sweat and keep my waist line snatched! I keep it on after my workout until I have cooled down to keep sweating it out. One thing I like to do is wear it over my tank top instead of it touching my skin. I really like it . I originally bought a large and put it on the hooks furthest out but after like an hour of wearing it it stretches to the point of hooking at the last inner row. I exchanged it for a medium and fits great. Glad I have a short torso as its not very long. 4’11 about 155lbs

I am typically a XL but I got a medium to try and make it work better. It fastens but it’s definitely shorter than the pic by at least 3 inches. Wore it to the gym yesterday, sweated decently. I have another swear tank and it may do the job better than this one for me
