Really nice ceramic butter container. I got the black one with white lettering. I really like that it holds a block of butter like Irish butter or French butter. It looks very nice on my counter and I also love the fact that it comes with a butter knife that lays on the lid. Btw, it comes in several great colors.

Solid quality and perfect size, it's large enough for two sticks. The lid seals enough for the butter to stay fresh, but not tight enough that the dish can be picked up by just the lid if you don't have a good grip on it. It's not the same square shape that's shown in the picture. This one flares out towards the top-which doesn't change the functionality-but it's not being represented honestly. I knocked off a star for the seller not displaying the real product.
