This nicely made butter dish did not disappoint, at first. I loved the white farmstyle look and the idea of a built in spreader and the tiny holes the spreader had to make spreading cold butter easier. This lovely dish hold two whole sticks of butter which is a dream when you go through it like we do. Since its covered we like to keep this on the counter for ease of access. The cover itself has a silicone grip to help keep it the lid from falling out. Its a definite win!

great butter holder. put 2 sticks of butter side by side together inside. Butter dish is great for small storage in a fridge. Size is great as we have a small fridge too. Easy to remove the butter and the knife on top is a wonderful addition. Good seal with no air leaking through and it looks great in the fridge!

This is very nice. I leave butter on the counter all the time since it doesn't spoil in the air conditioning. It's cute, keeps any gnats or flies or whatever out of it. But don't care for the knife. I just use an old Santa one but will get a different one soon. I don't care for the wholes.

VERY nice butter dish. I keep two sticks of butter in this at a time.....usually does not last all that long....but the seal keeps it fresh even if I take longer than usual to use it all up. Easy to clean, just pop it in the dishwasher when it's empty. The butter knife included.......well I dont really find that useful....it's a little harder to clean and it's a pain if you leave it in the lid because it keeps falling out.....I'd rather it wasn't there.....BUT.....I LOVE the dish!
