It says it’s for frameless, but I used it on my framed shower door. Why not?! It works great! It’s tight going in. Who wants it to be loose and fall out?! With a little Vaseline and a rubber mallet, it installed nicely. No glue, no caulk, no sticky mess. To cut it to the right length, I used a hand saw on the hard part and scissors on the soft part. Much better than the drip rail with sweep the door originally came with. ... show more

Good quality product. It took a little effort to cut to size with a utility knife but it cut cleanly and did not crack or break. The product fits to door thickness, but unfortunately, the bottom vinyl sweeps seems to be too long for the clearance of my door. Even though the bottom vinyl sweeps are soft and flexible, it takes effort to open/close the shower door. Maybe it will ease up after use, otherwise, I may need to trim down the bottom. ... show more

Measured and cut with a hacksaw. Started at one end and spread and pushed up and rest of the length justed pushed up. Less than five minutes to install and that’s including cleaning the shower door. Very happy with the quality and clean look.

    • plastic is very rigid, difficult to fit around the glass door edge
This was replacing a shower door seal that had grown dirty with hard water deposits. The new one has much harder & rigid plastic than what it was replacing. It works, but getting it installed was harder than it needed to be.

Fit is perfect for our shower door. We did have to stretch the angled piece up a bit to keep from catching on the door frame, but after that it works like a charm and took about 2 minutes to trim and install.
