I will say I really enjoy this shower head. It was easy to install and looks great in matte black. My only dislike was the price - we have bought many shower heads for the homes we have bought and this one was by far the most expensive. I assume the price is for specific color and that it is a Delta product - either way, it was worth it. After longer use, I’ll update if necessary. ... show more

This shower head works great! It has many water flow adjustments, so you can have a rain shower affect or concentrate the flow to a small area - or anywhere in between. The removeable head is easy to detach and re-attach. It was extremely easy to install and it looks great!

Great looking. Easy to install. I like that both heads Wil spray at the same time. If using the hand held part it has a button to turn water off push again and it's back on. 5 star if it wasn't almost all plastic.

The media could not be loaded. When shopping I was not sure if this would work with another matte black faucet form another maker. But it was exactly what we wanted in Matte black. Adjustable water flow through toggles on main shower head, switches between large shower head>mixed both larger head and handheld>handheld only. The toggle on the handheld switches to three different water pattern sprays. I was happy to find a shower head that gave use the handheld option and/or streamline the water flows and patterns. Exactly what we couldn’t find anywhere else. The angle is controllable. 6’ person uses this shower daily, and says it’s perfect. Easy to install during a remodel or just to switch out your current shower head. Handheld is perfect heaviness to be durable but not annoyingly heavy. The hose is a great length for showers or baths. You could wash little tots hair no problem. Hanging up the handheld sprayer is easy and secure when seated. Seats easily and is removed with appropriate amount of pressure. Not difficult at all. Packaged well. Difficult to image how easy it is to use while packaged. But when at the installed angle, it was no issue. Good purchase. ... show more

    • Good if you check your expectations
Wife and I wanted a new showerhead in out master bath, one with a wand with multiple settings. I just wanted to be able to use the wand and head at the same time, which you can on this model. I purchased matte black for 130$. The good -Acceptable water flow once restrictor is removed from the unit. I purchased the cheaper 1.8gpm model and just removed the regulator first thing. You get better pressure on the unit if you run either the wand or head exclusively but that is just expected. -Wand docks in the head meaning it stores out of the way easily -Relatively easy to install if you've done this kind of work before, just be careful not to stress the ball joint behind the head during install because this unit is mostly plastic. -Long and I mean really long wand hose. Easily can reach just about anywhere for me and my wife The Bad -sadly it is a mostly plastic unit even at this price, so be semi gentle with it and you won't have problems -the head can be difficult at times for shorter people (my wife at 5ft5) to dock and undock properly. I think they corrected this on newer models Conclusion The big question is would I buy this again, yes, but only at the price I paid. Now this unit has skyrocketed in price and is approaching 200$. Is it worth that, in my opinion no. Mostly because at that price I would expect a mostly metal unit and something that feels a little more durable. I believe where people get in trouble is they have unrealistic expectations of this unit. It isn't going to double your flow or water pressure from your existing shower head. In fact it could be worse depending on the age and model of your existing head because of when these water flow EPA regulations on shower heads went into effect forcing manufacturers to limit the flow to comply. Then split that to two nozzles and you can see why some people are dissatisfied with the results. But removal of the restrictor is easy just look through the photos of other reviews someone did a nice picture write up. So check your expectations and you won't be disappointed. ... show more

    • Cheaply made but not cheaply priced.
It works, but is all plastic. Picture looks nice but the real item looks and feels cheap. Not a good value for the price I paid. Hopefully it will hold up.
