The media could not be loaded. Great first helicopter, and fun for adults too. We flew this both indoor and out with no issue. It goes fast enough to maneuver a bit, but not so fast that you don't feel comfortable flying it in a medium or large sized room. Lights: The lights are a nice touch, and look much better indoors, as you can probably tell from the video. Although a night flight outdoors would be good too I'm sure. Remote: The remote is a video game style controller, and it's very easy to use. it the thumsticks provide enough resistance that you can move them around in increments without making the helicopter hard to control. IF you let go of the controller entirely, the helicopter will just hover, which is fantastic. If you get nervous or something, you can let go so it hovers, then just hit the "take off/land" button and it will gently drop until it senses the ground, pause, then gently land. There is also a trim feature, although I've not had to use it. Straight out of the box the helicopter took off and hovered straight, didn't turn, fade, yaw, nothing, which was great because that's often an issue with RC helicopters. Age: the box says under 14 should use with parental supervision. Depending on the kid, I'd let a 9 or 10 year old do it without supervision, and I'd let a kid as young as 6 or 7 fly it, especially outside without wind (really nobody should try to fly it in the wind), this thing is EASY. Battery Life: I'm impressed. On the box it says "15 minutes play time." I figured that probably meant each battery would last 7-8 minutes, NOT SO. I wanted to get an accurate picture of what each battery could do so I let the helicopter run, without landing, for the entire life of the battery. It lasted just short of 18 minutes in continuous flight. eventually the light started flashing on the helicopter to warn you it was getting low, and at that point it won't let you change the color of the light from the remote anymore. Eventually, it just lowered itself and landed. SO if you're sharing this helicopter between 2 kids, and you tell them they'll each get 1 battery worth of life, chances are they'll each get 15 minutes+ of play time, which in my experience is plenty for one of these. Often the battery outlasts the kid's interest. In all, 5 stars, 2 batteries is a plus, nice to have spare parts, easy to use, can't go wrong here really. I didn't have to use customer service at all, so I can't speak to that, but I'm happy not to.

The media could not be loaded. This helicopter is a great choice for beginners. My 12 year old kid spent 5 minutes reading the instructions and started to fly. The features make it easy to fly and control, especially, the take off and landing button is very helpful for kids. Furthermore, 7 different color LED lights that you can choose are really really cool. Kids love to switch colors while flying. A great explore on demo mode for short press and long press could do circle fly and auto-rotation. This is fun and could be a good RC device for playing indoor or outdoor if it is not too windy. The recharger could charge both batteries at the same time, it is really an efficiency design. On the whole, this RC helicopter is a great value for the price with well-built, easy to fly, and fun for both kids and experienced grown-ups. Love it!

This RC helicopter makes an awesome gift for young kids, teens or even adults. It's super easy to use, comes with two rechargeable batteries that combined lasts about 30 min of flying time. The remote control is straight forward, has take off and land button controls, is very responsive to lift and coming down. Rotation, moving forward and backward is also really easy. I had my 5 year old fly it and she was able to pick it up really quick! My kids along with myself have spent a lot of time flying this in the backyard and have had loads of fun. At its low price point, it makes a great starter RC helicopter that all can enjoy! I added a picture of all the parts it comes with, along with a dual miniusb cable to charge the 2 batteries simultaneously.

The media could not be loaded. The BUSSGO gyrocopter X13 RC helicopter Is a very nice distraction for when you want to play around for 15 minutes to half an hour . What you get: Helicopter, manual, two batteries, extra props and tail prop, two rotor balancers, screwdriver, dual charger and controller. The remote that comes with the helicopter very easy to use a few simple buttons simplest manual to read easy to fly . Which great about it is one battery last 15 minutes two batteries 30 minutes and it comes with two batteries . Only a 45 minute recharge time for the 2 batteries since it is a dual charger . On the remote, you have a light button that changes the color of the helicopter through different LED lights inside. That’s kind of cool. Very simple joystick controls so even a novice flyer can take right off and begin fun . Switch is easy to use and locate . A handy button for one key takeoff or land for novice pilots. This is great the remote uses three AAA batteries. like I said the helicopter comes with two batteries easy to install and take out to charge. Trimming the helicopter is easy. What I really like about this helicopter it is fairly quiet. Easy to maneuver around the house. Got a nice size to it and a little heft so it won’t just blow away. Don’t forget to check out the Demo button, very sweet.

Winds must be at 0mph to fly Forward & Backwards. Winds over 1mph, the helicopter gets pushed where the wind goes. Works fine indoors

The media could not be loaded. In just a few minutes we learned to take off, land, hover, fly and change lights. This new release RC X13 helicopter is about as easy as it gets to fly. We have an older model from a few years back, and we are really impressed with this new release. Bigger, longer flight, better hover, more lights. It can maintain hover and its own balance as it has gyro. Cool! If you don't have one, get it. Just do it! Or get two or more and start a swarm like we do. We'll probably get one more, and have one red, one white and one blue for the 4th of July celebration this year. We enjoy our new X13 a lot.
