Description

The Bushnell Deploy MOA reticle has value for hunters, target shooters, devotees of multiple calibers, and anyone who is looking for flexibility in a riflescope. The 0.18-MOA-thick crosshairs are easy to see without obstructing the target picture, and there are hash marks at every 1 MOA for accurate elevation holdover. The hash marks below zero are 2-MOA wide to aid in accurate windage holds. With precise ballistic calculations, the Deploy MOA reticle delivers accurate shots every time. This riflescope features an anti-reflection coating process that is customized for every lens element in the optical path in order to allow the best possible light from the front glass all the way back to the eyepiece. The result is optimum brightness and true color across the light spectrum. Bushnell’s proprietary EXO Barrier molecularly bonds to exterior lens surfaces and repels water, oil, fog, dust, and debris. No matter the conditions you’re working in, these lenses resist scratches and won’t fog up in crucial moments, giving you full confidence in the field. The Engage Riflescope’s locking turrets stay on zero or any other predetermined setting. Simply pull up on the turret to dial the adjustment, and push down to lock the adjustment in. The turrets won’t budge against drops, bumps, or any other accidental contact, and settings stay locked until the turret is unlocked. No tools or coins are needed to operate the tool-less zero reset locking turret—the nut on the turret holds firm with finger-tightening and releases just as easily when it's time to zero in the scope. I purchased the 2.5-10x44 version of this scope for my 10/22 after watching a few reviews on YouTube and I am absolutely impressed with the quality, durability, and price of this scope. I had a bushnell scope a few years ago that was very lacking in every way I.E. wouldn’t hold zero, collected very little light, and the turrets moved the crosshairs with almost zero consistency. I swore I would never buy another bushnell scope again, but against my judgment I did and I am so glad I went with it. Tracking is from what I’ve seen perfect, held zero with no problems, let’s in plenty of light, and has lots of higher end scope features like target style locking turrets, 30mm scope tube, and side paralex adjustment in a scope that only costs around 270 dollars! In comparison to my vortex diamondback tactical 4-16x44 it’s close but for the price and featuresI almost have to recommend this scope over the vortex (which is hard for me to say as a vortex fanboy) and very well may be switching over to bushnell if they can keep this quality and price point consistent. ... show more

Update: 11/12/2018 I received my replacement scope, and have put a few boxes of ammunition through it. This new unit is working as advertised, and I am very happy with this scope now. The price point can't be beat considering the options on this scope. As stated before I wanted a sub-divided reticle and parallax adjustment. Anywhere else the price would be near or above $1,000. I wish I didn't have the experience I got with the first scope, but the working unit is exactly what I expected, and I am very happy. I would probably buy another. I purchased this scope to replace another Bushnell scope that failed on me. I really liked the scope specs, and the price. I wanted a simple sub-divided reticle that wasn't tailored to a specific round or load, and this was it. Scope was clear, adjustments were positive and smooth. 7 shots into sighting in on a .243 (NOT a high powered rifle), the reticle fell out of alignment. VERY frustrating to say the least. Please note that I am getting a replacement, like for like, and I will give it another chance. There is a lifetime warranty on Bushnell scopes, but I am working through Amazon. From the little I used it, I'm sure I will enjoy a working variant of this particular scope, but the poor quality assurance letting a defective unit get out, and the frustration of having to send it back to get another make this a 1 star for me right now. ... show more

I have a LOT of scopes (way too many, I guess). I have some very poor, older Chinese scopes. Also have some Leupold LRTs and a Sightron SIII. Due to the length of my 2 private ranges, I have no need for very high power optics. I do have some 30X and 40X scopes, but never use them over 20X. I also prefer 3-15 and 6-24..... I prefer SFP. The glass on this Engage is excellent. Bright and crisp. The turrets have excellent tactile feel. MUCH better than the TWO, new SWFA 10X42mm SF models I bought recently. The SWFA glass is great, but the turrets are worse than a NcStar. Go figure. The only 'criticism' I have, is the cross hairs are very fine. I sighted in the scope this am, but that range was completely in the shade. Would like to have some 'dots' in the reticle. Or IR in this situation. It would be difficult to hunt with this scope in low light. But, I only shoot paper now days. ha ha Most of my recent scope purchases have been in the $500 range. This scope is a bargain at just over $400. Lastly, virtually all scopes in this price range are Chinese. Once you get over $500, you may get some from the Philippines. Reticle doesn't cover the target up such as 1' Spinners out to 120 yrds this is a Huge +! that's where the second focal plane comes into play! Very pleased with both.. The "parallax" is a must have option. clear all the way through" Have on on a CZ 452 lr. & a CZ 457 Varmint pro. Nice & Bright Scopes i`m pretty picky but' both have had no problem holding zereo.. set to 50 yrds dead center & can shoot off the hash marks from there,, I don't ever shoot past 120 yrds ,, ... show more

What a great scope for the money. I mounted mine on Rem. 700 in 308 Win. Recently took it out to see how it did at 300yards. Two shots and I was hitting 6" water balloons. Cross hairs are are easy to range with but don't over clutter the eyepiece. The windage and elevation turrets are a easy to operate & zero. I had some skepticism about Bushnell scopes , not any more, I would buy it again without hesitation. ... show more

This is a great example of false advertisement. The video and one picture clearly show the tooless zero reset. The description states it has a tooless zero reset. A pamphlet in the box with the scope explains how to use tooless Zero reset. Im replacing a junk bushnell that came stock on one of my guns with this. This seems like a nice enough scope if you get it for the cheap discount price of 50% off. Bushnell customer service was very nice but it doesn't seem that they care that they are blatantly false advertising. The tooless zero reset feature only comes on a couple of the Engage scopes, the more expensive ones. Extremely disappointed with such shady tactics by Amazon and Bushnell. Not an accident if you know about it and don't fix it or make it right. Otherwise it's another cheap Bushnell at a cheaper price as it should be. Buyer beware. ... show more
