I’m really upset personally because one of the doors on this would not line up properly no matter what me and my significant other did. We took it apart in different ways to try and see if there was an error. But there wasn’t. Being a mechanic in the military going on 7 years, my significant other knows the basics of assembling anything. It was put together so smoothly up until the door. It’s extremely noticeable. I think the piece of hardware is what we need to replace, I was shocked that there was no extras. Also a huge issue, one of the knobs won’t screw in all the way. On the bad door it did, on the good door it wouldn’t. So basically we have two bad doors. I was SO excited until the last part of this job. I feel really sad, disappointed and I’m honestly not sure what to do. All I want is for the company to take responsibility and to send another screw for the knob, and more clips for the doors. Other than that it’s beautiful. I just wish we didn’t have those issues.. ... show more

This is a pretty looking tv stand. The only issue I have with it is the two little feet underneath the table came slit prior to installing, and after moving the table into place (only a couple inches) one completely spit in half. I shoved it underneath so it can continue holding the weight. I'll have to contact the manufacturer for replacements. I'm generally happy with it regardless. TWO year update: so the top piece of this console table is sagging... I'm in the hunt of a new one since it is not supporting the weight of my 55inch tv well and looks like the wood will snap soon. Well, I have to admit that I was skeptical of the solidity of this TV stand - until my husband (maybe 175 lbs) crawled out of a corner across it before I could stop him. TV stand wasn't the slightest fazed.... so it should be able to handle the new 43 lb TV. Went together easily - I have 2 concerns: the new "easy connect" fasteners still seem to have a teeny bit of wiggle (you just push them into their holes); and my BIG gripe - cutting the cord-passage hole through the back cardboard panel left a raggedy hole: one side is perforated, and following those lines using a sharp utility knife still produced shaggy edges. IF I had my Rotozip cutter, that could have done a better job, in hindsight. All in all - for the price, it's a decent TV stand. ... show more

I had been looking for a cabinet to add storage in my kitchen. My kitchen cabinets are antique white and it turned out that specific color is not easy to find. I branched out into looking at TV stands due to the dimensions I needed for the space in my kitchen. I was very excited to find this cabinet on Amazon in the color and dimensions I needed. After reading the reviews, I was a bit apprehensive to order it due to the fact that several buyers had encountered difficulties and disappointments in the assembly process. I could not find any other cabinet that met my requirements so I took the leap of faith with this one and I'm very glad I did. My partner did most of the assembling since he is much more savvy with mechanical things than I am. It went together smoothly and looks great! You need alot of space to assemble it, it scratches VERY easily (fixed it with a black sharpie). but if you need a flat black tv stand to match some other doors/etc. this is for you. It fits a 65 inch tcl flat panel tv perfectly (using the feet)

Everything about the product is great for the most part, but there are some small things that are crippling for it. One and this is the minor thing. The area for the pop out for wiring needs to be done better. I had to use a knife to get the punch out causing ugly rough edges and a large tear. Two for the price it would of been nice if the top was made with real wood or at least a real wood veneer instead of printed paper. Three because the top is not sealed and is like paper if you happen to spill something or if anything thing gets on it it will stain forever even something as simple as a drop of ash it goes right into it and you'll never get it out. I own a cleaning business and I've tried everything. That's the main reason for the 2 stars fix the top (major) and the punch (minor) and it will be perfect. ... show more

I had problems with putting this cabinet together. I did not find it easy to do by myself. The brackets for the doors came with the wrong size screws. This was confirmed when I took them to the hardware store. They didn't have long enough screws in the size I needed to hold the door brackets on properly. So after dinking around with them for a couple of hours, i decided to just leave the doors off. I like it well enough even with the doors off. It's pretty sturdy and is plenty wide enough for my 50" flat screen. It looks nice enough. If I had it to do over again, I would save myself a lot of aggravation and pay to have the cabinet put together professionally. ... show more

I really really love how this looks! The gray finish is really cute and exactly what I wanted for my living room. The first one came with a big crack through the bottom board from shipping, but put in a replacement request and Amazon had the new one to me within 3 days and had UPS pick up the other one from my front porch.
