I ordered 2 of these. Both were damaged on delivery. Customer service responded quickly but it took some time to have both units replaced. This cabinet arrives mostly constructed. You only have to install feet and handles but this also contributed to them being damaged during shipping. They are not protected on all sides by foam and there was a hole in the side of one box and I could see the wood was badly scratched. I did not know the other one was damaged until I opened the box. One of the drawer slides was completely broken, probably from bouncing during transportation. If this had been flat packed and better protected they probably would not have been damaged during delivery. The wood is fairly light weight and so cabinet is not super sturdy. ... show more

This lateral file drawer states use for Legal or letter size file folders; however If you are going to use legal size files with legal size hanging folders, you'll need to contact the company and ask for two additional plastic bars in order for the files to hang correctly. The spacing between the legal configuration will be too wide without those extra two plastic bars. ... show more

This company doesn't take responsibility for the furniture being defective. Box was good but the file cabinet was broken and very cheaply made. And they wanted me to pay to have this very big box shipped back to them. That will not happen and Amazon stepped in and came and picked it up the nexy day.
