When first applying this, I wasn’t expecting the amount of shimmer is in the product. I’m more of a natural skin look, type of person, so I was happy to see that it can’t be seen through foundation. If you like tacky and sticky primers….. it’s mildly sticky when it’s wet, but not at all when it’s dry. Although, when it’s dry, don’t try to apply more or move it around. Just trust me on that one. Since COVID, I don’t wear much liquid foundation and just apply powder foundation and this grips my powder foundation and keeps it there giving other the false illusion that it’s liquid. I also appreciate the formulae that allows me to add subtle contour to my face without causing steaks or weird blending. It just stays where it is. Obviously the lack of sticky or tacky isn’t for everyone, and the shimmer itself isn’t for everyone, so this is not for everyone….. but if you are like me, I’m sure you’d like it. ... show more

    • Glowy Base for Light Makeup
A little goes a long way and gives a soft base for lighter foundation which I use. It does not provide the deep, all day coverage that traditional makeup users may seek but it it’s a natural alternative for a lighter look.

I choose to grow old gracefully, wrinkles and all. I ordered this skeptically but was very pleasantly surprised. It was soft, moisturizing and very pretty on my older skin. It didn't settle in the wrinkles rather it melted the wrinkles away. It gave a soft sparkle and I received many compliments.

Good for a light coverage look, shimmer is vida le and gives a nice glow. Probably will use in my day to day makeup but not for heavier usage as it makes foundation look slippery for long wear

    • What happened?
I’ve been buying this product for years and loved it. It has such a glow. But this order (since Burt’s bees has been sold) this product is totally different. No gleaming shine and does nothing . I won’t be buying it again. Way to ruin Burt’s bees products.
