Description

Here at Burton we believe gloves and mittens should have equal rights, and are very much against mitten profiling. But when a mitten has a bomber-tough DRYRIDE two-layer fabric, mid-weight Thermacore insulation, and a quick-drying and toasty fleece lining…well, you have no choice but to call a warm, weatherproof mitten warm and weatherproof. It's nothing personal, but that's just what the men's Burton Profile Mitten is: warm, weatherproof, and highly versatile. Screen Grab sweetens the deal, offering easy surfing with any touchscreen device.

  • XL is a little small
Color: Martini Olive Size: X-Large
Quality matches the price. Warm enough when worn for hours to about 18 degrees F with no wind. Touch screen function works surprisingly well. I have large hands and found the XL to be too small, short and narrow thumb. I cannot wear a liner glove inside it and the wrist gathers over my palm instead of at the wrist. My hand measure 8" from where the wrist meets the palm to the middle finger tip. Seems that gloves and mittens from Asia (Vietnam in this case) run small to ridiculously small. I have only found large enough gloves from Austria, weird but true. ... show more

  • Wish I found these sooner
Color: Monument Heather Size: X-Large
I live in Utah and ski a lot during winter. This mittens are the best thing that has happened to a person who often has cold hands and has sweaty hands. I am able to keep my hands warm all day on the lift AND the mittens don't get wet from my sweat (because they aren't gloves and always touching you). I realize gloves have their place and their purpose, but these are awesome. If you have cold hands and are worried about these not staying warm, I wouldn't worry about it. They are perfect. ... show more

  • Hands stay warm, hopefully will last 2 seasons
Color: Monument Heather Size: Small
They work well, but I do believe they will last one season if snowboarding hard or maybe 2 if you don't go a lot.

  • A great value for its money
Color: True Black Size: Medium
Definitely a great product - works well for snowboarding. Touch function needs a strong press but does its work to launch a camera or answer a call (definitely not for messaging though)). They could be a little bit chill during below 30s weather, but I found a great trick to wear a normal cotton gloves under those mittens which works great! ... show more

  • Decent mittens
Color: Martini Olive Size: X-Large
My hands are large. I orderesd extra large size to be safe. Should have ordered large as there is plenty if room. Warm enough for everyday use. Wouldn't recommend for excessive time spent outside in extreme conditions.

  • Really frickin warm
Color: Martini Olive Size: Large
They are really warm. I didn’t try to use my phone so I don’t know if that feature works. For the price they are Awesome!

  • Decent mitt, but like another better.
Color: True Black Size: Large
These Burton Profile mitts are a decent glove. I ordered these with four others to try them out. The Burton Profile fit about the same as any other mitt, but were a little bulky even though there seemed to be minimal insulation. The front of the mitt is a single piece that kind of hinders dexterity. The touch-screen ability does work but is really difficult to use with the bulk of the mitt. Overall, this is not a bad mitt at all but wasn't my favorite of the five ordered (the Gordini Aquabloc Down won the contest). I did not keep these long enough to test them outdoors but seemed on par with the Manzella's I normally use. ... show more
