I've been using Burt'S Bees BB Cream for awhile now, and I love it. It provides great coverage as well as sun protection. I have to use moisturizer before using it, but that's just me. I have dry skin - especially in the Midwestern winters. Otherwise pretty good.

It's really irritating that I can't seem to find this anywhere in stores anymore. used to carry it at target, now it's just not around. I figured it had been totally discontinued but nope, still online! Every other drugstore bb cream might as well just be a foundation, they are so thick and way too much coverage. This stuff is literally perfect. There's really no point in having the SPF because 15 is useless, so that would be my only real criticism. It's the only product I ever regularly would purchase from an otherwise okay drugstore brand. I just pray they continue to make it!

It’s, fine. The texture is ok, the color is awful. Even if I had a lighter complexion to match the tone, the hue is extremely grey. It blends well enough but I HAVE to mix it with my foundation to even it out, and even then the grey tone seems to overpower the more natural color of my foundation. If you’re extremely pale maybe it would work better for you

I love this BB Cream/foundation because it works for a wide range of colors - for example when I get more sun vs. less sun. I have kind of lightish medium olive-y skin and I use the Light/Medium. I can also use the same BB Cream for my daughter with a very ivory complexion. My face loves to break out with cystic acne and this hasn't caused a breakout. I've re-bought it now twice but it lasts a good while.

I was looking for a daily tinted moisturizer because my normal light weight "IT" foundation moisturizer seems to have a different formula than before and much heavier which was a total bummer. I researched a ton of different tinted moisturizers and had hoped to go back to my Aveeno which was great but they stopped making it. I gave this a try and was pleasantly surprised!! It is just like my Aveeno and works great. It evens out the skin as I have just a bit of redness here and there. My skin loves it and I'm super happy with my purchase. You can build it for a bit more coverage if needed and for anything more you can just use a bit of your normal concealer. *You do need to shake the tube to mix the moisturizer otherwise it may separate, but easy fix! *There is a slight citrus smell but it goes away within 5 minutes. I usually break out with anything that smells like or has citrus but my skin is great! *I tried this tinted moisturizer with my normal oil routine underneath as well as without. With makes my face a bit sticky as well as without. I gave this product 4 stars for that reason. *Last comment- I read a review saying that the color runs light. Very true. I am normally "light" and I got the light/med. It's perfect. Matches my winter color. During the summer I would apply bronzer anyway so not an issue. Overall this is a great product with minimal cons and great for the price!

Let me start by saying that I do love Burt’s Bees cosmetics. I have spent the past two years replacing toxic chemicals from all the products that I use. I have tried so many of their products because of how clean the ingredients are. That being said, I have quite a few gripes with this. First, the color is a match for my skin. However, it’s oily and isn’t a ton of coverage. If you add too much, it separates on your skin but add to little and you have no coverage. Second, it leaves a sheen. Not a glowing sheen, a wow, you have oily skin sheen. I have dry skin and I prefer my face to be matte. Thirdly, this is NOT for anyone with dry skin. You will be patchy and it will settle into all those dry patches. How do I know? I tried a toner that really hurt my skin and left me with dry patches over my entire face. It wasn’t pretty using this product. HOWEVER, although I added a lot of things I disliked, I don’t hate this. Again, the clean ingredients list is something that is very important to me. Also, if you add this under the Burt’s Bees matte powder foundation, it does end up looking very nice. It gives a little extra coverage and adds an SPF. I wouldn’t ever wear this alone and I don’t have any skin issues to even cover up. See my pic. This is with Burt’s Bees matte powder foundation on top with a tiny bit of Burt’s Bees blush. Will I repurchase? If I don’t find anything else to try with this many clean ingredients, yes. I do really like the way it looks under the powder. However, it’s not a product I am absolutely thrilled with.
