First time I used it I rode 1 1/2 hrs to the beach and another 1 1/2 hrs back home. I had to do a little stop and go. At no time did I feel the heat. It works but they really should make more sizes or make it adjustable. My size measurement was perfect in the center of what the size range was. After about an hour, it starts to fall down. It's pretty expensive for what it is. Should cost about 50% less.
