My watch parameters are a bit different than most people, as I spent half my working day aboard a horse and the other half shuttling between an office and the barn. Durability is key for me (yes, my watches have been kicked and stepped on in the past), as is visibility (e.g. I need to be able to glance down when I'm riding to see what time it is, as well as to be able to time a trot set if needed). But I also don't want to wear an ugly watch and I want a piece that looks professional and won't look amiss peeking out from the sleeve of my show coat. I was very pleasantly surprised that this watch has (thus far) delivered on all counts. My favorite part is actually the black face and white numbers, as it's the easiest for me to see when I'm in the saddle and it's heavy enough that it stays nicely inside the wristband of my glove so it doesn't distract me by sliding up and down when I'm going around. And the ease of adjusting the band (plus the included tool with which to do it!!) is a major bonus. At this price point, if anything catastrophic happens to it, I won't break my bank to replace it either. Highly recommended! ... show more

I only just received this so I can't attest to longterm reliability. But it is quite pretty and came well-wrapped and well protected. It also has quite a lovely presentation. It doesn't look like an inexpensive watch, which it is. I am really hard on watches with my work. They get beat up so I don't like to spend a lot of money on them. I also need a second hand and prefer analog. The price is right and it looks like exactly what I want it to look like. It also comes with a tool to adjust the watch band, which was actually a significant factor for choosing this one. I dislike taking my watch to a jeweler to adjust the band, so that was a deciding factor. The directions for setting are a little hard to follow, weirdly. But I think most people have set watches before, so... it's fine. I'm hoping it's durable, but time will tell. ... show more

The packaging was very appealing to the eyes. It comes inside a beautiful box. A beautiful gift bag also accompanies the watch box if you want to gift the watch to someone special. Most of the watches have to be resized in the watch shop which doesn't let you wear the watch immediately but this watch comes with a toolkit to resize it so that you can flaunt it right after it arrives. The toolkit also saved me a trip to the watch shop to resize the watch. I have been receiving a lot of compliments regarding my watch. I am in love with it. I have showered with the watch on my wrist but I didn't face any trouble. I like the closure of the watch too because it is very easy to operate. all you have to do is to press the sides and it opens. I would like to highly recommend this watch to anyone who is currently thinking about buying it. I have had it for just one week now and I have received a lot of compliments. I'm just loving my watch. It is so beautiful and classy that it looks more expensive than its actual price. ... show more

You know what I like about it the most? It has a tool to adjust the straps. Whats annoying is I cant use the tool it seems to not grip the screw. I have taken it to 2 places so far Walmart and Macys. Wal-Mart unfortunately, no longer adjusts watches for liability purposes. And Macys, poor lady she REALLY tried I even had the tool that came with the watch cant adjust it. So the pretty watch sits in its box. I'll give it to someone who doesnt have to adjust it at all. Contacted the company and their resolve was very unexpected theur sending me a toolbox no charge.. No kidding man. Hope i can fix it. If i cant then i got a nice toolbox 4 my efforts and someone i know with bigger wrists has a watch 4 xmas...😜 ... show more

I purchased the black faced version of this watch a few weeks back for my sister in law, it ended up being even nicer than I expected and she loved it. I liked it so much I bought the silver/white face version for my daughter for her birthday. I like this color even better. The face has texture and is very beautiful, the slight two tone stainless bracelet is classic and the over watch is well made, keeps good time with smooth movements and is just simply an elegantly beautiful women's watch. My daughter truly loves it. It comes in a very attractive box that truly makes a great presentation as a gift. Wow! This is very impressive for a $30 watch. Great presentation, packaging, completely plastic wrapped/protected from scratches, and the time was right on it-I’ve never bought a watch with the right time set before! I always get my watches on amazon, and I will never buy a different one than a Burei. Great looking, on the smaller size which is what I was looking for, and it even came with a tool to adjust the band yourself. I have always been able to adjust my own watch bands, but this watch came with an enclosed tool, it was a very nice surprise! I highly recommend, and will definitely buy again! ... show more
