This is my go to cutter every time. I have 4 cutters and I still use this almost every time. I’ve had it over 5 years and still works amazingly with regular use. Would absolutely buy it again. The software does take time to learn but once you figure it out, it’s easy.

Sometimes it does not cut all the way through the vinyl. We have trouble getting images to vectorize. The vinyl will come off of the cutter when beginning to cut for no reason even if we have lined it up correctly. I think it has the potential to be a good machine if not for a few issues. I don’t think VinylMaster is as user friendly as it could be. ... show more
