I usually don't write reviews if there are several on the board, however I was shocked to see so many bad reviews, and it's ovbious to me that those reviewers who said their child pulled the tray top off, didn't properly attached it. First, you have to put this tray together as it comes in two pieces, the center piece that attaches to the front of the bumbo attaches to the top piece AND YOU HAVE TO HEAR IT SNAP. After that you never take them apart, there's simply no need (and looking at it I think it'd be really hard to do actually) the whole thing together is the tray. Then to attach the tray to the Bumbo seat SIT YOUR CHILD IN THE SEAT and slide the top tray part over the middle hump of the bumbo, then slide the center part under the bottom of the Bumbo seat. There is no way a baby could pull the tray off, as you will find it requires a little effort to remove it by an adult in fact, as it should be. I have NEVER taken my baby out of the seat with the tray on it, and I can't find the instructions now but I'm pretty sure it said something there about that... in any case, the Bumbo snuggles your baby in a way that I think I would hurt my baby's legs if I pull him out with the tray on anyway... or maybe my baby is just too fat! (LOL) But seriously, this tray is great... before, when I sat my baby in the seat he'd look at his toys on the floor with a sad face, because they were just out of reach for him, now they can be placed on the tray and he'll play for happily for a long time. Also, THIS SEAT IS NOT A HIGH CHAIR AND SHOULD NOT BE USED AS ONE there's a BIG WARNING about that on the seat, actually... your baby could get out of the seat and fall, so if you place it on a high surface your baby could end up hurt. This seat should be use at floor level only.

Exactly What I needed. I was in need of something to feed my baby who was just starting solids. on the lap was not working anymore. I already had a Bumbo seat for her, and this tray was the perfect addition without having to spend a lot. It is so easy to clean with only being two pieces. It's a bit of a snug fit. but you'll get the hang of putting it on. Top first then put the bottom on. Just takes a second to put together. Comfortably feeding experience because there are no clips or anything to pinch her little tiny hands.

This product arrived quickly, looked just like the photo, and works fine. I'm not sure about all the reviews saying kids pull the tray off and that it's difficult to attach and remove. It literally takes me 2 seconds. I put my daughter in, set the tray in place, slightly lift up the front of the Bumbo, and clip the base of the tray underneath. There is really nothing to it. It's sounds like some people got a different tray than the one pictured. If they got the one we have and aren't smart enough to figure it out they probably should not be raising small children. Well worth the $7.83 if you ask me. My daughter loves it. If she goes all Hulk on the thing and rips it off in the next couple weeks I'll update this and let you know.

I bought this tray to go with my daughter's Bumbo, and I love that I can put a couple of toys on it and she can grab them and play with them (she is just shy of 4 months old). The tray will be great for feeding too, when the time comes. My only complaint (and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) is that the instructions say to always remove the tray before taking your child out of the Bumbo, but it is very difficult to get off when the Bumbo is sitting flat. You have to tilt the Bumbo backward and pop it off from the bottom and sometimes it kind of "jolts" the baby when you do this. I will still continue to use and love this product, but it is a little annoying. I've just decided that it is easier to ignore the instructions and just ease my baby's legs out of the slots without taking the tray off (which if you are halfway intelligent you can do safely).

I was a bit surprised at how strong the table top was. I was expecting pretty flimsy support, but it snugly fits the Bumbo seat and my 7 month-old loves being able to play with toys and eat Cheerios off the tray. It is very secure when on the Bumbo, it's not going to fall off. It's so snug that taking it off quickly can be a pain so we just lift her out of the seat with the tray still attached; there's plenty of room for her legs to come out underneath the tray. Super easy to clean as there's not small groves or areas for food to get stuck in. I wish we had bought this for our now 2.5 year old when he was a baby. Well worth the money.

Bought the chair and tray from the same place. TRAY STAYS ON PERFECT IF YOU SNAP IT ON RIGHT (see pics). I was worried about buying the tray because of the reviews. Once I received it, I put the tray on and yea it seemed to fall right off. Then I realized the tray SNAPS ON THE CHAIR. I snapped the tray into place (bottom of the seat) and it stays on very well. I can put a good 3-4lbs of pressure with my hand on the top of the tray and the tray stays on fine. No issues, would buy again.

I have mixed feelings on these trays, where they are nice/helpful they are also difficult/annoying. I bought two of these to add the the bumbos I use with my twins, they are small so I have found feeding them in the bumbos with the trays to be easier for everyone than their high chair right now. I love these trays because I was able to use them to feed my boys in a chair that they were able to sit in easier/sooner, BLW so this was crutual for me. I also love them because they are so easy to clean. They also have made travel so nice because I can take them anywhere with us! The reasons why I hate them at the same time is the fact that they are two separate pieces. Sure they are easy to snap together and pop apart when they are off the bumbo but it’s almost impossible to get them put together if the base is already on the bumbo. Mainly because the base piece is a bit too short, you kinda have to squish the bottom of the bumbo to get it on. This isn’t that big of a deal but what makes the whole thing suck is that where the two prices fit together there is only one small thin plastic piece that makes them snap together but it’s not a very strong hold so my babies have figured out how to pull them apart while on the bumbos causeing a lot of extra work for me to continue to have to put them back together/on and this creates distraction and more mess. The plastic is also cracked on one so it’s extremely easy to pop the tray piece off. I really wish they were one solid piece or at least where they snap together was more secure/sturdy.
