Todays date june 10th 2024. I bought 2 of these on May 18th 2023. One for my son and one for my daughter so they wouldn't fight. I chose this speaker because of the wattage , the fact that you can pair them, they are water proof, and the price. Buttons are huge and easy to push. My kids use theirs separately and when we go on vacation I bring them both to pair. I can't say I have any complaints. They still work great and sound good individually. When you pair 2 together it sounds 3x better. When we are at the beach I dunk them in the water to knock off sand so I know they are waterproof. I do run into the problem pairing them together sometimes.. but the fix is to plug one into a USB cable. Some 1 posted this earlier in the reviews. Simple fix.

This is not your typical bluetooth speaker. In fact, it is the exact speaker I personally have been searching for. Unlike most of the other speakers I have purchased the control buttons are large and raised so I can easily find them without having to turn the speaker to look for them. I found the flush; hidden buttons were very frustrating. Secondly, the speaker is large enough that I dont misplace it yet light enough to put in my backpack. The orange handle and sides make it easy to distinguish from all of the other black speakers on the job site. The ip6 rating allows me to use this speaker outside while I am running the pressure washer without worrying about damaging the speaker. Probably one of the greatest things I appreciate is the fact that I can use my older non bluetooth mp3 players with this unit as it has the aux input. When using it with my phone the bluetooth distance is amazing, far better than any other I own. Lastly but not the least important is the sound. Most speakers in this price range, to me, sound pretty much the same. All good but none stand out. This one does rise above the rest in the way the bass comes through. It is not just a loud thud like most but a musical low tone just like I hear through my home stereo. I have purchased quite a few speakers over the years all having some of these qualities, but this is the first that has the full package as far as what I need. I am happy with the purchase but even happier that I am done testing bluetooth speakers for the job site at least until this one dies which I hope wont be any time soon.

The only reason four star because it not have light display show like the JBL Pulse 5. However, the sound is identical, so is the portability, does not weigh that heavy. About the same weight as the Pulse, except, this has a carry handle to easily move speaker around saving time. Other than that this speaker is really good for the price point & almost as good as the JBL Pulse 5. Would have given a five star if it had light display, that's it.

I love this product. I use it on the beach where waves are always crashing ashore, I can still hear my music loud and clear. The only thing I do not like is the charge system. Overtime, it beging to weaken at the female end of the Bluetooth. If you're not careful, it will not charge and you're left with a plan old box.

I bought this for my husband for Father's day to use on our boat. It connected and worked great right out of the box, but the next day when we tried to connect the Bluetooth to use it boating, it not only wouldn't connect, but it wouldn't even power off. Very disappointing. I returned it and purchased a JBL speaker instead.
