Came with all the fittings for everything from fast waxing to stripping paint. Solidly built, but not so heavy that you can't work with it. The unit itself is very well made; all buttons, triggers, and locking functions operate smoothly right out of the box. The variable speed wheel is responsive and customizable through the full range of speed settings (not just click by numbers). Ran it for several minutes and it never did heat up or produce that cheap motor burn smell at all. Quality components, as well. The hook and loop pads look pretty durable for something you'd expect to have to replace eventually. Only two gripes, but neither is enough to cost a star. The handles are hollow cast plastic, and even though they feel solid enough now, I think they'll eventually crack under long-term repeated vibrational stress without any metal reinforcement to channel away transverse tension. Not to mention there is no padding on them at all, so hand fatigue or a good glove purchase is in the buyer's future. Other problem is that the instruction book is mostly mandatory safety disclaimers and information about the company; very little how-to-use or care for the product guidance. It's a buffer. It spins. Watch YouTube, I guess, but most specialty buffers should at least describe what the myriad pads that come with it are designed to do and at what speeds. This one doesn't. Instructions are also silent as to the purpose of the magnetic springs that came with the machine. I'll hold on to them, but I have no idea what they're for. Overall good product, and if you have any idea what you're doing, I highly recommend. Pleasantly surprised with the quality on this one.

This buffer is great if you are a weekend warrior detailer or just starting out and need a buffer that doesn't break the bank. I am just weekend warrior detailer and this buffer is a huge step up from current one. I appreciate that it gives the option of 6 inch or 7 inch and that it comes with variety of pads to start. Granted it's a kit so pads are probably not the best but it's a nice add on. I also like that it gives you a couple of options for grips. In terms of power I wasn't able to bog it down so that is great. I can't speak to the longevity since I just got it and haven't really put it through it's paces yet but I will update this once I have been able to thoroughly run it. Over all I say this a great option if you are just starting out, a weekend warrior , or want to have a back up on the trailer (we all know what that is like).

It feels solid without being heavy, the controls work smoothly and variable speed makes is useful for a number of applications. Details like the long cable, detachable handles and solid hook and loop pad are well thought through and executed. This buffer comes with all the accessories you need to get started.
