It's pricey, but good so far. I purchased this fire extinguisher 5 months ago. It has been kept filled and charged with compressed air the entire time without any issues. I have used and refilled it three times. Twice used on actual grass/stubble fires. I am very satisfied with its performance. This extinguisher is to well built. I purchased this extinguisher and the very first time I tested, it didn’t work. It would not pressure up, clearly the valve is defective. Imagine if someone was trying to use it in an emergency situation! When I tried to return it, the automated message was that it was not returnable because it was a pressure Vessel. After contacting Amazon by phone, they made it right by refunding my money. I buy from Amazon because of a no hassle return policy. Apparently this does not qualify for that. As I said, Amazon did the right thing but it took an hour out of my day to deal with it, I was beginning to believe that I owned a $170 piece of useless equipment. I have discovered that these extinguishers are being shipped with a defective valve. See the attached photo. Hopefully no serious injury or loss of life will occur when people try to utilize this extinguisher in a fire. Very dangerous. I called the manufacturer and they seemed very unconcerned.
