I recently received this, Sweater Vest for Women. I ordered it in a size large. I was torn between the large and the extra large either way they would’ve fit fine however, my fear for an extra large that would dip too low in the arm holes and I would have to be cautious of what undergarments I wore with this if I was wearing it strictly as a top. Also, if you’re trying to build a wardrobe capsule, this is a great piece for it. This Best can be worn as a top on its own however, the buttons down the front all unbuttoned, allowing it to be open and worn as a vest over a shirt or a blouse. I will attach a picture of the interior tag that details the blends making this a comfortable sweater vest for the spring and summer months and making it a relatively, lo maintenance piece of apparel, again something that you look for in a capsule wardrobe. This vest I ordered in a rich navy blue and the color is outstanding. The gold buttons down the front certainly add a little sparkle and allow this piece to be dressed up more or dressed up business casual for a day at the office however, it certainly can be worn casually or as cruise wear with a pair of nice linen white shorts. Again, something that a lot of people as they scale their wardrobes down and develop a capsule wardrobe are looking for. The cost of this piece is outstanding as well. Overall, this is a really terrific piece of clothing and a great addition for your spring and summer wardrobe. Please note that this comes with full washing instructions on an interior tag that are easy to follow, as well as an extra button in case you lose one off the vast, that is always a big plus in my book!

I ordered this vest as an extra layer of warmth for the northern winters and it does the trick! While only 6% wool, the fabric has the feel of a fine, soft wool, so it looks lovely, drapes nicely and is really comfortable. The thickness of the fabric is perfect - not too thick that it just feels bulky but not so thin that it is see through or not warm. I ordered the size "medium" (my normal size) according to the size chart (Note: There are 2 size charts - 1 for the product and 1 for body measurements) and the fit is perfect. There is enough room to wear a turtleneck (see pics) or blouse underneath. If you want to wear it without anything underneath, the armholes are a reasonable size that you won't have undergarments showing. (Modesty bonus!) The "gold" buttons are plastic but sturdy and functional - easy to button and unbutton (see pic #3). However, there is enough stretch in the fabric to pull the vest over your head without having to unbutton. The buttons are placed nicely so there are no gaps. The washing instructions call for hand washing but there is just no room in my life for such nonsense. I put this lovely green vest in the washing machine with other dark items and washed it on a normal cycle in cold water. I did hang it to dry. No problemo! The vest dried with no wrinkles, so no need to iron. I personally think the list price is a little steep. But this is a good buy at the sale prices that are offered. I would definitely recommend this vest and will consider purchasing other colors.

I’m really thrilled with this top, especially when it’s on sale. The current deal is that it is 45% off and because of that, I just bought two more in other colors. The top fits true to size - I am wearing a medium on my 5’5” 161# 36C body. I love that the buttons don’t pull so there’s no need to pin the fabric between them. The underarms don’t dip down low so I don’t have to worry about raising my arms and showing skin. The fabric is beautiful and soft but has enough firmness to it that it’s not overly clingy. The vest is sophisticated looking with the gold buttons. While the buttons aren’t the highest quality, they look and feel good enough to pass for a higher quality look. At retail, this would be a bit pricey, but as I mentioned earlier, if you can get this at a discount it’s good enough to buy a few. The color and style is exactly what I expected based on the photos in the advertisement which makes me happy. There are LOTS of color options to choose from so this will be a great staple piece for me for several outfits.

This affordable sweater vest is exactly what I've been looking for! Something that is trendy, dressy, fitted, and soft and comfy. This vest checks all the boxes. I usually wear a Size 8 (medium), but I don't like tight tops, so often order large. This vest looked like it should be fitted, so I ordered medium. I'm very glad I did! The medium fits perfectly. The pretty gold buttons add interest and flattery, and an extra button is included with the vest. The vest looks great buttoned up to the top for a more dressy look, or a couple buttons unbuttoned for a more casual style. It can be worn with dress pants or a skirt, or for a more casual look, it can be worn with jeans, leggings, or shorts. The sweater vest comes in a variety of fun colors to choose from. The material is a mixture of polyamide, acrylic, polyester and a small amount of wool, so washing instructions say hand wash cold and tumble dry low. It washes out perfectly, and I lay on a towel to dry.
