I really love this interval timer. It has transformed my hum drum garage workouts into challenging routines. It's surprising what a change just adding the timer has made. I like the pre-programmed circuit times and the ability to program your own. I absolutely love the large display and the ability to adjust brightness, it's visible from anywhere in my garage. Nice clear display in a tight package. Such a great addition to the home gym. It takes away that extra little bit of friction of setting timers on my phone or keeping track of seconds on a wall clock. I love that you can set your own programs and the remote is clear and way to use. My one nit is I can’t seem to figure out a way to skip an interval or rest during one of my programs. Just received this and got to know all of the functions. There are a good deal of options once you decipher the brief and roughly translated instructions. If you like like solving puzzles, you'll like the instructions. With a little effort it will all come together. There are buttons on the remote that have no function for this particular clock/timer such as buttons for date, date format, temperature, and temperature format. The HIIT button does nothing and is not discussed in the booklet. Must be for another timer. No matter--there are plenty of options and ways to create custom HIIT programs (that part is very nice). There is also a mysterious "cycle" button that is not discussed in the booklet. Every time I push it, the weather changes outside, but nothing happens on the clock/timer. Oh well. Looks to be a decent timer for the price with plenty of options. I'll be using it as a BJJ round timer, HIIT timer, stretching timer, clock, stopwatch, etc. It can do all of that perfectly well and with more than enough options. One question that many might have is can you create custom cycles of work / rest. Example: 1 minute work, 20 seconds rest, 2 minutes work, 30 seconds rest, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest and so on. If your thinking of a clock/timer for your workouts , this will do the job ! With Adjustable brightness large size LED’s , coupled with the remote control , this unit does just about anything you might need during a training session. In my case , weightlifting.. ,besides displaying the time , i use it for total time of workout in either 12 or 24 hour formats , rest periods between sets counting in minutes/seconds . start /stop/reset functions are easy to trigger, the remote is responsive and fairly intuitive. Comes with brackets that i used to set it on a window sill,i separated the window trim out slightly to accommodate the bracket .. so no screws /no nails needed and a clean look, routing the supplied power cord /slimline transformer block to a nearby AC outlet. ... show more

It works ok, but you are limited in your intervals. You can't really customize it. Also the remote didn't work very well when trying to set the time. Could have been designed a little better, but overall works ok.
