This was such a great gift for Grandma! She loves being able to see what the kids and grandkids are up too! Frame is set to come on and go off at set times, so all she has to do is watch. Kids are all over the country and can add photos at anytime via the app.

After a year of having this frame it stopped receiving photos. Both the frame and the phone were connected to wifi, the photos said they sent from the phone but the frame never got them. I tried updating the frame and app and even factory resetting it. Nothing worked. I have several other frames that have worked for many many years. I tried reaching out for weeks to get help through their support portal but I just kept receiving offline messages. I would never buy this brand again.

Gifted my mom this for Christmas. Uploaded pictures of my siblings and her grandkids before hand. Process to upload was pretty easy. Just download the app and select what you want to upload. Was even able to upload pictures from Christmas dinner while we were at Christmas dinner. I gave it 3 stars because I’m yet to figure out how to make it play pictures and videos. Currently we either have to set to playing pictures or playing videos not both. All and all I would buy again

My daughter got me this for Christmas as my office has become taken over with photos of my 1st Grandchild, this wasn't something that I really thought I wanted or needed, but I LOVE IT! It has a calendar, a clock, a remote to work everything, I can put my music on it and best of all I can see photos of my Grandson flow by all day, my co workers think it's awesome and are looking into getting them as well. I will be buying several for close family members to enjoy photos of the baby as well.

First time, I received one of these it arrived damaged and did not work properly. I was quite careful unpacking it because it was a gift and i wanted to preload and test the frame out. Amazon promptly fixed this by sending another working one. Not sure if motion detection works. Plays video and does picture, remote is small, this is not a touch screen rather there are control buttons on the back. Quite easy to get going though, just put pictures and video on a usb drive and plugged that and the power cord in. I didn't mess around with every option but when testing/using it, seemed to have to select pictures or video. so it only does one at a time, until you stop it and change to the other.
