I have this amazing Shepard's Pie recipe with one pound of Lambs meat of course (no ground beef...thats farmers pie). Anyway, I wanted to serve the food in individual dishes for my family and needed a set of four. I am so glad I chose this set. They look great, they worked awesome with the small handles and they cleaned up nice. The serving size is perfect for the one pound recipe and when you consider a salad and dessert after, the whole meal was filling. I will admit though my family wanted more Shepard's Pie, but that's what you want; your customers wanting more. So, they will have to wait for the next time. We even stored them back in the original box and I plan to make lasagna next. There are allot of options similar to this set, but for the price and the rich colors available, I think this set works best. Perfect made well sturdy awesome handles! But... I returned them because they were made too small! Just not big enough to bake main dishes for Holidays or a night week dinner. They're so.. small enough for almost preztles, nuts, candy etc. Wish they would make them bigger! Giving a 5 star because they were really nice but disappointed in size. They appeared bigger in pic even w/ measurements seemed bigger online than in person. Amazon please make bigger ones!! ... show more

We had ordered a Mole Pork Enchilada as part of our meal, It arrived at our table in these dishes with burnt edges of cheese and mole. (so yummy!) But instead of having to scrape all that flavorful goodness off the sides it just slid right off on the fork. I was so impressed, I had to finish the enchilada so I could turn over the dish to see who made it. I was so happy to see that the were on amazon and ordered a set for myself. I made gooey baked mac & cheese to test them. They were perfect! These are nice for individual portions. They clean up nicely but I am careful as they appear they could chip easily and I worry that the handles aren't super sturdy. But overall they function well for our purpose of cooking individual servings.

The replacement set arrived in good condition. Shipping was fast and they were packed better this time. The dishes have no flaws and I like the simple elegant design. I think they are pricey for what they are, but they do seem to be very well made. I would have chosen the lovely blue ones but they were even more expensive. They washed well in the dishwasher before first use. I can't wait to cook with these! ... show more

They fit perfectly in my air fryer (check dimensions for yours). I use them to warm up food for 1. Cover the top with foil and place in the air fryer at 400 for 20 minutes. Warms it up perfectly. Add a splash of water so it doesn’t dry out leftovers. Baked with these in air fryer as well. Wish they came with a lid, but foil works great. When cleaning, the food just comes right off. Light scrub for baked on cheese, but no real trouble. ... show more
