Like the shoe, nice style, comfortable, good value, would buy another pair. From the picture the heal looks like wood/leather but actually it’s rubber. Thus the value is reflected in the price. Overall good shoe.

I usually wear a 10 but I ordered a 9.5 because I saw some reviews that said these run big. That couldn’t be further from the truth. These are Extremely narrow and feel super tight and stiff. It’s not as if I have wide feet or anything. There’s no way I could wear a thick sock with these. I’m hoping they will stretch as the break in a bit, but for now they are somewhat uncomfortable. Glad I got them on sale! ***UPDATE - The seller topshoesus reached out in response to my review and offered me a full refund. As alternative to a refund, they also offered to ship a new pair in a bigger size free of charge. Since I liked the boots, I accepted their offer of a replacement and received the new pair in less than one day by Amazon delivery. Obviously, Very happy with the customer service and would definitely recommend buying from them! I’ve changed my review from 3 to 5 stars ⭐️

Had these for about a year now and I literally don't want a different daywear boot. Super comfortable and a solid make with decent style. They DID scuff but I honestly cannot recall how so that might be user error. But if you're looking for a comfortable day ankleboot go for it.

I’d been reluctant to get myself Chelsea boots (especially suede), but I finally broke down and bought these…and boy, am I glad I did! These are now my favorite shoes, and I wear them all the time. They’re true to size, and were very comfortable right out of the box; but they do have enough room to add a nicer insert if desired. The suede does show scuff marks quite easily, but if you take care of them, that isn’t much of an issue.

The pair is of good quality, and the materials are acceptable for the price. The only problem is that the shoes are a bit larger than the size given. I bought another pair from the same brand, which were well cut. As a result, these shoes are perfect for wearing thick winter socks. I'd recommend them.
