This is a great tumbler for a number of reasons. First, it’s very stable and will not tip over. Second, it’s pretty much spill proof. If you click over to seal on the lid, nothing will get out. Third, the stainless steel straw is superior to plastic straws. All the components breakdown for deep cleaning if needed and it’s stylish and sleek. Love it! Great size a cup shape. Fits in drink holders perfectly. Really like the ability to lock and unlock the lid for drinking. In the lock position you can turn the cup upside down and nothing leaks out. The built in straw is strong and flexible. I recommend buying the optional cap for the straw. Makes me feel better that no gnats can enter the top of the straw. Lid is easily removed and the entire thing comes apart and can be put into the dishwasher for cleaning. I’ve only used the cup for cold drinks and it keeps drink cold for a long time. Highly recommend!

I haven't had this but a few day & I can tell you I have thrown all my other glasses away, I love my BruMate Era 30 OZ Tumbler, my dogs knocked it over and it did not leak. It is very easy to use I love the design and functionality. It does an excellent job of keeps things cold or hot. Opening & twisting the lid is very easy. It is a very sturdy tumbler. I would recommend this tumbler to anyone looking to buy one. I am really thinking about ordering the 40 OZ also.

I own this in 3 colors and it's been my go to gift as of late. This tumbler keeps drinks icy cold (or piping hot, though I've mostly used it for cold beverages). The navy color is a classic and looks really sharp – it's a deep, rich blue that doesn't show fingerprints, which is a definite plus. The insulation is where this tumbler really shines. I've left ice water in it overnight and still had ice in the morning. Even on a warm day, my drinks stay refreshingly cold for hours. I haven't used it as much for hot drinks, but the few times I have, it's kept my tea nice and warm for a good amount of time. The powder coated steel inside and straw are great for reducing plastic footprint. It comes apart in 4 pieces to clean fully (straw, sipper, lid, cup). The build quality feels really solid and durable. It doesn't feel flimsy at all, and the powder coat finish seems like it will hold up well to daily use. The lid seals tightly, so I haven't had any issues with leaks, even when it's been rolling around in my car. One thing to note is that the 40oz size can be a little bulky, so it might not fit in all cup holders. However, the benefits of the large capacity and excellent insulation definitely outweigh this minor inconvenience for me. I do have a silicone boot on it to prevent scratches.

I use this daily and it’s amazing. I have had it all summer and has held up great no issues. Very durable. I love the size and holds ice in it overnight and keeps my drinks cold even outside in the heat. Does not spill and I love the locking feature so water wont come out of the straw either. Great purchase. It is expensive but absolutely worth the price.

Perfect size, not too heavy and the color matches the picture. I already had a 32oz one that I love so much I had to try the larger size. I spend a lot of my day on the go and it has never leaked or spilled on me when locked. Really easy to use and wash, I put it in the dishwasher and it’s lasted really well. Drinks stay cool, literally the only brand of water bottle I use now

Love my 40 ounce Brumate that I purchased in mid June 2025. It is keeps my water cool, does not spill when I make sure the top is set to the 'seal' space, and holds a ton of water, obviously! In terms of durability, the top portion paint is ALREADY starting to come off- sort of chip off, hence why I am knocking off a star in this review. I have only placed the top components in the top rack of my dishwasher, as the instructed. I hand wash the bottom part (the cup itself) as its too tall for the bottom of my dishwasher- which I'd think is good to know also in terms of convenience.
