I love everything about this cup, It is beautiful, the handle makes it easy to hold specially when my hands are full going to work. With this cup I am able to have a beautiful peace of art on my desk and warm coffee It keeps coffee warm for about 3 hours. The material is easy to clean and the same material makes it easy to grip the cup as well. I have dropped this cup several times and it came out chip free. I have an older cup called a Pint.. I will say that cups outer coating is thicker and it stays hotter longer than this cup and the material is a little easier to hold ontobecause it is thicker. The differences are minor for sure,.. it is noticeable to me because I drop things often and stress about dropping things. This cup has reduced my stress quite a bit because it is sturdy. If I drop this cup my coffee or drink is not going to go flying out of the cup because it honestly spill proof if the cap is locked properly.

This mug is awesome. It’s spill proof and keeps the liquids I have hot for hours. I like the color of the mug, I like how the lid has a fold back lid that seals with a locking lid. And the handle is easy to hold. The lid easily seals for not left hand and right hand holds.

So This is not my first Brumate. The one thing that stands out above all the other generic tumblers out there is that these are 100% leak proof. (So long as you remember to close it) I have gotten into the habit of closing and locking the lid after every drink. My first one I am sad to say, I dropped it while washing it, and it dented the bottom corner of the mug so it wouldn't sit flat and it wobbled. This was my replacement. These cups are kinda top heavy, (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars) but the air tight seal makes up for that, and they do fit in cup holders without an adapter. They are fairly easy to clean. If you keep the top closed, the drink stays warm longer. I use it for Coffee. The last part is just a warning. The lid needs to be open when you screw it on. This lets the air escape. If you don't open it, it acts like forcing an upside down cup into a bowl of water that is already almost full. All the liquid will over flow out the sides of the lid and make a huge mess. So long as the lid is open when you screw it on, you can fill it past the threads, almost to the top. I leave 1/4 inch or so from the top. It gives me a few extra sips of coffee.

This is a replacement for my first cup (not this color aura) that when i dropped it the flip lid broke off and was not able to seal again. It is perfect to hold and to carry and to keep my liquids cold or hot. Love it.

My wife had been shopping for BruMate products for months. I took a gamble and chose this one for a gift for her. She loves it. And I quote: "It's perfect. It never leaks, I love how it looks and how it feels, and it's easy to keep clean" We use the dishwasher to clean it. Too many of these travel mugs have the audacity to be handwash only. Sorry pal, I've got hobbies, I can't be laboring over a sink all day when I've got machines for that. This goes in and out of the dishwasher with no issue. The "reversible" element is a nice perk, too. Strongly recommend. Will probably buy a 2nd or 3rd one.

I reread the description to see if BruMate offered any sort of hot/cold retention times and could not find anything. It just says that the mug keeps drinks hot or cold. I am not a coffee chugger. I drink my cup full over the course of a morning. This mug seems to keep my coffee hot - with the lid closed - for about two hours at the very most. Also, read the instructions before trying to open the lid. There's a small locking mechanism and if you don't read the instructions, you might get frustrated and break off the plastic piece trying to force it open. It is definitely spill proof. It looks good. I also had no trouble getting the lid locked on properly - I'm not sure why people are having trouble. But if you want long lasting hot coffee, I don't think this mug is a great choice.

I’m very happy with my brumate spill less insulated 22oz cup. Keeps my water iced cold and my coffee hot. Very easy to clean and the lid is easy to take on and off. I love the color and I gave this one as a gift and bought myself another one. They do not spill!!
