These eyelid covers work very well to keep my Bruder compress clean. They allow the heat through from the compress just as if you were not using anything at all. One problem: figuring out how to get them on. The instructions tell you to place them over your eyes before placing the compress. I’m not sure exactly what they were thinking. If you place them over your eyes, they just fall off. And if you put the compress on first, forget it. So tilt your head back slightly, and have your compress in your hands at the ready! ... show more
