I like their non-rinse formula. The tissue is rough enough to get my meimboian gland hardened secret at the very root of the eyelashes. They recommend to use one per eye. But I use one to wipe both eyes using the different sides of the wipe. This is up to you, because if one eye is infected, the infection can get into the other if you use just one wipe.

The cleaning formula used in this Bruder brand of eyelid cleansing sheets is gentle enough that they won't sting your eyes, but they are still effective at cleaning. I use them daily. I had tried a different brand before discovering this one (a brand that's well known for their contact lens products), but they immediately stung my eyes and hurt quite a bit.

I bought these because I have continuous dry eyes and use eye drops. Do you sell clear the matter from my eyelashes. Having said that a splash of water on my face or a wet paper towel works just as well. But this you can carry with you in your pocket and it is convenient.
