I purchased this phone May 18, 2025 and I've been having problems since first getting it. It is now July 19, 2025 and the phone just locked up on me and I tried to unlock it but couldn't. The phone is on my MetroPCS plan and the phone can't be unlocked so I have no use for this phone. You shouldn't sell this product to anyone else because it doesn't work. The phone only lasted me 3 months.

Purchased cheap phone so kids could play Pokรฉmon go over summer and the app is not compatible with the device. It doesn't hold more than 20 photos, even though we purchased sd cards. The phone recognizes them, formats sd card, but does not have the setting prompts to save photo and video to sd card. If you want a case for this sucker you better just give up. A wallet one is the obly one offered, I looked ebay and Google as well, so I waited 3 weeks and got it through Amazon Its a decent lil phone for basic calls. I purchased refurbished s21s to replace these suckers.
