I got this for my mom for Xmas. I waited a week to write this review and let me tell you, I’m so glad I got this one out of the 5 different photo frames I was looking at. I’m so happy with it that I’m actually going to buy one for my husband for Father’s Day for his office and another one for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. I’m not be try tech savvy but I got this up by myself in under 10 minutes. I figured it after downloading the app. It walked me thru it all. At first I was sad that it o my uploaded 50 photos but that’s just how many you can upload at a time. My daughter is 2.4 years old and I have probably uploaded 3,000 photos and videos so far. Very easy to use. The only problem I had was the stand. I didn’t know the 2 stand clicks together to make one. Lol. It didn’t say anywhere how to do that. I had to ask here. And whoever answered, thank you.

Photo frame everyone of my children have one or my children’s in-laws all have one and we love the photo frames we send pictures back-and-forth to each other we can send hundreds and hundreds if we want to. I really want to continue buying this photo frame so that more people can interact with us in our family. Thank you so very much for making it such a good experience

After tons of research & comparison we decided on this frame. It was supposed to be easy to use, easy app & compatible with more than one frame. (We were buying 2 for both sets of grandparents) well it was anything but easy! First set up took a little bit to figure out & it didn't come with much instruction! Should have been my 1st clue. I had to call their support, and I'm pretty sure it was a guy in his basement. After 30mins he basically told me I had to download a different app because they pushed out the frames for Christmas before the app was actually ready for it! So we finally got it working and everything was good. Grandparents loved it and we were having fun sending pictures. One downside you should know, if you have the app ALL photos added will download to your phone! Like all the pictures everyone puts on there. So fast forward a few weeks when I go to add the 2nd frame to the app.....set up was even worse this time! It was basically having me use the same info as the 1st frame, and I was unable to make my one email for the frame. So now I have this ridiculously long email that is almost identical for both frames which can be confusing! So again I call the support & am 90% sure it was the same guy in the basement & after an hr got told the same thing. And he actually had no answer at all but to say he'd let them know of my issue! These weren't cheap, I bought a brand name I've been familiar with and I can't believe the issues I've had! He said they're working on the app & system and are hoping to have it up soon. But by the time they get it together I'll be past my return time period. So do yourself a favor and don't buy this one! Super disappointed with the product & even more so their support!

The photos on the screen are beautiful. I love the size of the frame...I purchased the 10 in. Set up was relatively easy...despite the non-existent directions. I played around with the touch-screen and eventually figured things out. The q&a's on Amazon were helpful too. At one point, I had thought my frame was malfunctioning, however, I read on Amazon the reason for the clock on the screen rather than my photos was low light. So far, I have added photos with the app on both my android phone abd my ipad, as well as through email...easy-peasy! So far, I am very happy wth this frame. Will update if I discover any issues. I haven't tried adding any videos or music yet. **I did have a problem at first, due to my accidentally typing in my email incorrectly. I was pleasantly surprised that when I called after 1 am, a real human answered the phone.

My husband bought me a similar product and I hated it. It wouldn’t connect to the internet and stay connected. This Brookstone product is vastly superior. Easy set up and transfer of photos. I will likely buy another one for my office.

Sleek and attractive product that makes it very easy for our kids to upload pictures of our grandkids. Each time we receive a new picture we are alerted and we literally walk over to the Photo Share Frame to see what is new. I love the ability for others to easily share life with us, not to mention the easy of uploading pictures ourselves from computer or phone.
