They look sharp and wick and dry moisture. I use them in mostly 30* F weather. Unfortunately if it’s colder you’ll need other gloves. Even in the 30s be prepared for your hands to be a bit chilly in your first few miles or bring a second layer of gloves. Used them in a race and they performed well and they are light. For me, these are good gloves for temperatures in the mid 30s to mid 40s (Fahrenheit). The material is the same on the backs as well as the palms (kind of spandex-y material that allows for air flow). I like the inclusion of the magnets to help keep the gloves together, too, as I really don't like losing just one glove of a pair. The long cuffs are okay - they'll stretch over my watch, but I just bunch them up so I can check the time and my pace. ... show more

Gloves are well made with nice materials but they are just not very warm, especially with temps in the 30s.
