The media could not be loaded. Arrived last week and somehow the pedals were the only thing missing. But contacted the seller and they straightened it out and communicated well during the process. Very happy with it super smooth and sturdy. Worth spending a little extra on a pedal kayak.

Arrived at 9 PM last night. Carefully packaged and well wrapped. No dings or tears in packaging. It everything we could have hope for. It was many days over due but I reached out to the Seller via Amazon (not thru the useless Amazon communication) but directly with Seller (problem with order). The seller was always helpful and got back to me in a timely manner. I would presume the delay was due to all the Christmas shipping and the logistics. Definitely not a small package to ship! We bought 2 kayaks and they are both very nice. Hopefully it will warm up soon so we can get them in the water. ... show more
